How can I access the forum for the old version?

I am currently running UDesign V3.4.18 which has not updated via the Envato Market plugin as it has done in the past without problem, it does all appear to be set up OK.
Your support forum board at http://dreamthemedesign.com/u-design-support/discussions is showing an error 521
I have manually downloaded version 4.0 from ThemeForest but it appears to be a very big update, is there any specific things that need to be done to update to this version?

Actually, Yes we release a major update of our theme version 4.0 there’s a lot of new feature we add in the theme you can check the change-log of the new version.
You can update the theme manually just follow the below steps..
1.. Take a complete backup of your site.
2.. Disable all the third-party plugins you are using in your site.
3.. Rename the theme folder in the wp-content >> Themes
4.. Then upload the zip folder of the latest version of the theme there.
5.. Then unzip the file there
6.. Simply go to the Dashboard >> Appearnce >> Themes and then activate the latest version theme
7.. Go to the Appearnce >> Install Plugins then update the theme necessary plugins.
Then check back your site after clearing the browser cache. After that you can enable the third-party plugins one by one.
And you’re done.

Is 4.0.0 available???
I downloaded theme from Themeforest, deactivated all my plugins and uploaded the udesign.zip.
The theme says udesign core needs to be updated to 4.0.0 but after updating it continues to fail.

Yes, it is available on ThemeForest, please reactivate the theme again and then try to update the plugin, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Thanks. For whatever reason the udesign core still shows as 4.0 and will not update 4.0.0. Tried deleting the theme and installing a new copy from themeforest and still no luck. Everything else updates except the design core

I have used the “U-design” theme but it arises an error on admin theme setting options, So for rectifying those issues, I have created a new stage setup and made all the updated e.g. updated u-design theme, plugins, WordPress but the theme is still getting the same error.

All I have to say is wow. I’ve been using uDesign for about 7+ years and it has been awesome.
Now you guys have included features that I paid thousands for over the years.
Thanks for continuing to update the theme but now my head hurts because now I need to understand all the new features and I’m sure I will need a few days rebuilding everything in a staging site.

Hi I cannot save changes. it gives an error. In U-Design option—> Footer options I want to uncheck RSS, wordpress and want to change copyright msg. And it gives and an error every time Im trying to save changes.

It happens sometimes because of third-party plugins or when the theme is the oldest version. So please first disable all the third-party plugins and update the theme to the latest version then check back your issue I hope it will be resolved. Then activate the plugins one by one so that you will be able to know which plugins conflict and cause the issue.

Please help, I’m panicking! I set sale pricing for my client to start today for Black Friday and the site is showing the regular price and sale price as exactly the same! I confirmed in the admin section that the sale price IS correct in the product, but it shows on the site the same as the regular price. I tested for a plugin conflict by disabling everything and ONLY turning on the WooCommerce plugin (all other plugins, including theme-required plugins OFF) and it still is wrong. Please help!

What I want to tell you is that the mobile menu of this theme is not good (it’s a simple drop-down menu) compared to the menu that you offer on the classic theme, and that for several years nothing has changed!

Yes, Every demo is built differently from each other. The demo photography is built like this you can change it by using any third-party plugins at your own risk. We are currently working on the update of our theme very soon it will be released the more features will be added to the theme you can wait till the update is released. That’s all.

Hi. The custom colours won’t apply to my site and the logo won’t change from the stock on. Please can you advise?
This seems to be a bug. When I tick “Disable the “Stay-On-Top” Main Menu Logo” the stock logo disappears and some of my custom colours take effect.
There seems to be an error somewhere.
I am using WP 5.8 with U-Design 3.4.18

First of all, make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme Version 3.4.18, and if yes then, To be able to update the themes Related plugins you first need to update the theme as this will then include the latest packaged plugins and then once that is done you head to U-Design Options → Related Plugins and you can update them from there.

Keep in mind that the theme loads the plugin files for Rev. Slider, Essential Grid and WP Bakery from a local folder within the theme, it’s not communicating with any remote server or the plugins directly.
You can access the plugin zip files yourself and install them manually if you want to try that, they are located here:

Start the Demo Import Wizard and install it like that, it should be the first step in the Wizard, just don’t forget to exit the wizard right after VERY IMPORTANT!
