If you want to show size guide for some products only then remove size guide image from Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product and upload size guide image only for products you need using Products> Edit product> [8theme] Product options.

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

So, go to Multiple headers > remove home page header if you don’t want to edit that and use 1 header for all the pages.
