hi, every time I get a theme in promo email from Envato as freebee i cant install them on WP and i get this message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” Author dont provide support and Envato never reply to any email. so before I pay for your theme if i get this error message knowing Envato have no support and if you dont offer help, so i get stuck with my 12th none working theme. what to do?

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means that you did never bought any license of Betheme. If your client did, ask him to create an account on support forum so you can post there instead.

1) Betheme do not rely on 3rd party plugins. We focus primarily on quality not quantity. We do not need any plugins like “Web performance” because features responsible for page speed are already built-in into theme and what’s the most import are 100% built in-house. Addons for WPBakery? No, we definitely do not need them. We suggest to try our Muffin Live Builder instead. Many users already switched from WPBakery or Elementor to our builder instead and they like it even more. It is much lighter and easier in use.
Moreover, please note that we are currently working on totally new version of Muffin Live Builder that should be ready at the beginning of the next year. This version would be more flexible and advanced than Elementor PRO and totally FREE for all Betheme users
2) We don’t have any test drive but planning to release it with new Live Builder that should be ready at the beginning of the next year.
3) We have many features for the WooCommerce built-in into theme. You can check many pre-built websites with those features on https://muffingroup.com/betheme/websites/ (on the left hand side you have WooCommerce filter).

4. There is no pre-built websites built with WPBakery because this add-on is quite demanding for servers and like said previously, we do not rely on 3rd party plugins. Therefore, we strongly recommend to use our Muffin Builder or Muffin Live Builder instead (depends on preferences). We promise that our built in-house builder, with next update, will be more flexible and advanced than any other builder available on the market.
4b. Yes, it’s bundled with the theme but you have to build from scratch if you want to use that specific builder. However, like numerous of our users, we do not like this builder and find it too heavy and overloaded.
Regular price is $59 but right there there is cyber week and only till the end of the day, the price is $41. Like said, no additional fees.

Hi, I’ve just bought the theme, when installled and using the pre-built website for 3dprint, some of the plugins / data arnt showing. It looks like there is none of the demo data, no sliders, products, etc. So it just shows errors.

according to Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to create one end project (website). If you want to use Betheme on a second website, it requires you to make a second license purchase.

2. Yes, we have own builder 100% built in-house and we definitely recommend to use it. Our builder is available as backend and frontend live builder so you can choose the way you want to use it. Of course, if somehow you don’t want to, you can use Elementor instead as well.
