My site logo and slider images are not showing on my mobile browser, but works perfectly well on desktop (slider preview for mobile while working on the desktop is fine too), but the images are not loading when I try to open on mobile – Just the logo and slide images. The other site images are opening.

I’ve changed images from PNG to JPEG and even reduced image size, yet the issue persists. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

Hello, the support is very bad. Although I wrote specifically about what the problem was and what was done, they sent the plugin that I said I used as a solution.

First of all, it is not 100% compatible with polylang. The polylang customizer support plugin that I use in many themes does not work in this theme. I solved it myself using jquery.

After the update, the gallery modules in elementor are broken. I deleted and uploaded it, opened the page again, tried it, it didn’t work. All the support team did was to activate the default gallery module. It was such a ridiculous situation in terms of design that I could not convince my customer.

Actually, I liked the theme a lot, the settings etc. I’m planning to buy more than one license for it, but they couldn’t even solve just this problem and it will still be solved.

Finally, even your e-mail subscription in the footer of your main demo is not suitable for responsive design. Check it, people who use it do not become victims!

Note: I bought the theme from my agency account, this is my personal account.

The Room page has no picture, even though the individual rooms pages have images.

I need the images in the individual rooms to show on the Rooms page from where site visitors navigate to the specific rooms page – sub page.

After the latest update 4.4.2 something is wrong with the Gap element. The gap setting for mobile is also seen for desktop users. So you get a gap height of hide_on_mobile px + show_on_mobile px.

Please how do I changed the default images on the ‘Rooms’ page in the Hotel Xtra Theme, I’ve changed images in the individual ‘rooms’ sections but images in the ‘Rooms’ remain as the default ones. Rooms is not available on the pages list on the WP dashboard – like a blog page – so I can edit the default images.

Please how can I remove edit the text paralax backgrounds on different pages in your Hotel theme. For example, in the single Rooms page, you have the faded text paralax ‘Superiom’ in the background and I’ve checked the theme options, can’t find where to modify and Elementor is not providing options for that either. Everything else is editable though.
