We bought the theme, but when we use it with the nitropack plugin, the preloader part takes a lot of time. There is no problem in other pages of the theme. We only have such a problem on the home page. What is the reason? An urgent update is required.

How are we supposed to update the theme? We’re currently running version 2.2.8, but there’s already version 2.3.1 available. When logged in (/wp-admin/update-core.php), the Wordpress updater says the theme is up to date.
The latest version of the theme is version 2.3.1.

Guys, this theme work or we waste our time? I have been waiting for an answer for more than 4 days. I received the first answer on email, I sent what does not work and then quietly. John, can you solve this problem?
The Grid plugin is not compatible with PHP version 8.1. I would have preferred not to waste so much time and to receive an answer to my requests. Your reaction to the problems that arise leaves much to be desired, as can be seen in all the comments here.
