Hi, I am trying to use Alternate Menu for Mobile but it is not displaying. I have created a menu (simple version of main menu) which I would like to use for mobile users. But after clicking on burger menu, screen is blank. When I dissable the option of alternate menu, burger menu (with main menu) is showing. Am I overlooking any settings? Thank you

Hi Enfold, I have a question regarding a iicense. Does it allow us to redesign the website Enfold is active on? I would like to create a staging copy so I can work on it while the current site remains online. So I would need to have two installations with Enfold on temporarily until i push the staging copy live. Many thanks for your reply.

We recently updated almost every element in Advanced Layout Builder and extended styling options and added SVG dividers to column elements so it is now possible to uniquely style the elements without using custom CSS. If you meant something more specific, please share examples so I can forward it to our devs for discussion

Which version of Enfold are you using? If not the latest 4.8.7.1, please firstly update the theme. If you still experience the issue on the latest version, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

Thnx Yigit, nothings seems to solve it though…Even more…when i was in WP dashboard trying to disable the plugins like you suggested, the leftbar menu from wordpress is also in white color? So it doesn’t seem Enfold related…?
If you updated Enfold and your header or footer broke or do not look the same it is because Enfold changed some of their code and you need to update the header and/or footer file on your Child Theme.
Please let me know if you need assistance with this.

If that is the issue you are having, please copy fresh header.php or footer.php (and both if you modified both) from Enfold parent theme, re-apply your modifications and update those files on your child theme

Hi there,
Today I’ve purchased a new version of the Enfold theme (version 4.8.7.1) from the Envato Market website. (because I wasn’t able to update from Enfold version 4.5 to the latest version, despite the Update Now button in the older 4.5. version).
After downloading, installing and activating the newer Enfold theme today I have a problem making changes on the homepage itself on my website. The homepage is continiously trying to load the info on the homepage without showing any information. (e.g. I use the ‘classic editor’ plugin).
If I deactivate the classic editor plugin the site comes up with a message “there is a critical fault on this site”. It doesn’t make any differe nce when I deactivate all plugins. Very enoying so far and now being busy for days in a row trying to solve this issue.
Therefore I was hoping that all update and homepage problems should be solved by purchasing the latest Enfold theme version. Unfortunally it doesn’t seem to work that way.
I have retrieved a valid Envato Market token for future updates. (using the envato market plugin) and upload the envato market zip file.
Further more: I use PHP version 7.4.25 form my hosting provider.
Maybe you can help me with any good information to solve this Enfold theme problem I have. Looking forward to your reply.

If you are using a cache plugin, please make sure to clear cache after making changes. If that does not help, there might be an error in your custom CSS. You can check for CSS errors using this website – http://csslint.net/

i am using cloudflare and this is happening even after disable cloudflare and purging all cache. there is no any custom CSS i have. it is working fine with older version but not with 4.8.7.1. This is something else i think.
