I have bought the theme. The whole site crashes saying “There has been a critical error on this website” on activating the Core theme. I tried the enable-jquery-migration tool and the change of permalink structure as mentioned above. I use PHP 8 and Wordpress 5.8.2 with a multi-site configuration trying to activate the theme on one sub-site. I have already paid for this. Please help me soon.

wp-content/plugins/wellexpo-core/core-dashboard/sub-pages/import/import.php on line 283 warning is there for all of the three (3) sites i have tested. All of them in different hosting servers and one of them is a fresh installation.
So the message is there, but you need to have WP Debugging = on to see it.

On the file: /wellexpo-core/core-dashboard/sub-pages/import/import.php, line 283, we changed:
$fields_status = update_option(‘page_on_front’, $new_ids{$pages[‘page_on_front’]});
To
$fields_status = update_option(‘page_on_front’, $new_ids[$pages[‘page_on_front’]]);
Notice the curly braces were changed to brackets. This syntax was deprecated in PHP 5.1, but since PHP 7.4 they added a warning for it, so maybe you tested it on a PHP version older than 7.4

This could be due to the permalink structure. Please navigate to Settings > Permalinks > Common Settings and choose a Post Click on Save Changes ( please see screenshot ).

Hi everyone! I didnt find any option on your help centre for presale questions, please can you give me an email for an assistant or help me.
I have a client that wants to build an event page website with live events. He also wants specific features on the page such as:
• A website that allows a live feed from the event. • The videos will then be saved onto the website post event / as the event commences. • Sponsor advertising – a banner that scrolls across the bottom of the live video and then will also be on the videos when they are added to the site. • Sponsor advertising on the right hand side in image blocks. When you click on the image it will take you to a page opened in a new tab that gives that companies details and a form that users can complete. I am not sure how many sponsors there will be at this moment. Work on 15. • A live chat feed function • User sign up and log in details per user. • Reminder notifications to be sent via email and text the day before the event and then 30 mins before the event. • Any buttons that you click on needs to open in a new window so that it doesn’t take you away from the live feed.
Can this be done with your plugin? Will I be able to add additional plugins for social media account feeds?

All our theme features are presented on our website demo that you can check.
1. Events with our WellExpo theme are handled with Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress plugin. You can find the timetable documentation on this link: wellexpo.select-themes.com/wp-content/plugins/timetable/documentation/index.html
2. Sponsor advertising –we do not have such a feature included within our theme options so the sponsor ads srolls acress the videos unfortunately
3. Sponsor advertising on the right hand side in image blocks. You could use our Banner shortcode for this purpose which can be seen here: https://wellexpo.qodeinteractive.com/
4. There is no live chat option available within the theme and this can perhaps be added with some third party plugin. Please note that we can’t guaranty theme compatibility though since they have not been tested with the theme.
5. & 6. Unfortunately there is no membership plugin where users can login nor reminder notification, you could also achieve this with some third party plugin.
7. You do have our button shortcode where you can choose whether the button will open in new tab or in the same window.

Hi there! I would love to buy the theme for our event website. However, I noticed that the theme has not been updated since December and is not compatibility tested with WP 5.6 (According to the chart above). Do you guys plan on updating this theme in the future or did you seize support for it?
