This new update has very good things, but also has a lot of bugs. Especially in the header. Everyone is complaining about this new update. And it’s no use asking for a ticket because like me, most people already have expired support. Find a way to fix it.

If this is a way to make us pay the 49 dollars for support you should just say so. It is really embarrassing that you had do it like that just to force us to pay. You knew exactly what you did and you are here doing like you dont know. Are you saying you didnt test the new update before pushing it out all of us cannot be wrong this was done intentionally by you and it is sad. the 5.0 have locked my website completely i keep seeing a welcome to wordpress.

Though I have not updated to new version, I am excited about it and will be doing soon. I understand that any new major updates will be having lot of bugs in it, despite all the testing. And SB has already said to take backup and do update. Also they are ready to give support. My advice to SB, for all existing customers, please provide 50% discount in support. In this way all customers will be happy, and SB can cover the development cost and will encourage to make more better features. I am ready to pay for the support. Please give 50% discount. I am sure other users will also like this way and agree to pay. All customers should support development cost also. That way it will maintain the balance for both developers also and customers to get new future versions also. This is my opinion only, I hope all users agree.

I have update my adforest theme to the 5.0, but i can no longer access my Wordpress dashboard, saying error. so now my website is not working. I even try to reinstall a new Wordpress, but still the same issue.

I disable the SB Framework and the Wordpress dashboard as working.. but activating the sb_framework and my wordpress dashboard wont open..error

Now with this upgrading to 5.0, my site is broken, I can no longer access my WordPress dashboard… what a mess.. I even uninstall my WordPress and re-install a new WordPress, then installing a new adforest 5.0, still yet I was unable to access my WordPress dashboard after installing and activating the plugins. “There has been a critical error on this website. “

i see that this theme support only twilio as SMS gateway. In our region not allow outside SMS provider by law. how can i change that setting to route all SMS to the local SMS gateway provider ?

When an upgrade is a downgrade. I wish I never bought this theme and f… up my time and this project. Sorry, you guys suck big time.

I understand you did lots of testing, but something definitely went wrong somewhere. Too many users reporting the same problem, where this new version deactivates plugins because it won’t accept our license code. You should really remove the download until it’s fixed.

I must say your new version 5 is looking very good. but check your css on mobile phones again, alot of things don’t fit some smaller screens. 1. Some text get cut off. 2.some buttons move over text, and so on.

But we’ll done to some exiting new designs and moving away from the old ideas.

Does this support sub-fields for example, Smart phones > phone type > bring list of phone types e.g. iPhone, Galaxy > choose iPhone > drop down menu for phone model e.g. iPhone 8, iPhone X ..etc > color>memory size…etc? when Galaxy is chosen > galaxy models menu appears to choose from.
