Dear Support, Your theme has been purchased for a few months e we also contacted wpbakery editor support but we were told to contact you … We are finding only on our site and above all on the backend side for the modification of the contents that on pages created with the visual editor wp bakery where there are multiple lines and single images, the ram used by the server reaches peaks 1.7 gb on 1gb of ram dedicated to that domain. (maybe admin-ajax page). Request how can this problem be solved? thank you

After update I keep getting a “Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Bridge Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.” even tho it is registered and activated (I even deregistered it and registered again)

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated Bridge Core plugin to the latest version. After the theme update all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

I keep getting the following message:

Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Bridge Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.

I am unable to use Qode Slider and other elements or tools as a result of this. I have deregistered and registered my theme, I have also tested the API connected to Envato Market via their plugin. No luck yet. Please do let me know how we can resolve this at the earliest as I need to add a new slider to my homepage. If you require access to my WordPress admin, do let me know as I would have to disable 2FA for the login before providing test credentials.

Hi there, why does your theme revert back to its original setting once an update comes out? It’s an easy fix just by going into the Theme Options and simply pressing “save” but I don’t understand why. Of all the other templates purchased from you or others, I’ve never experienced this problem.

Saving changes in Qode Options is also important so a dynamic CSS file, with all of the options you’ve set in Qode Options, could be generated. At the moment, the option to automate this doesn’t exist, however, we will pass this as a suggestion to our dev team, but we cannot guarantee that this will be added.

SVG Logo support?

Thanks for writing in!

SVG images are not supported by WordPress by default and they won’t work correctly when enabled in our theme since the function is using logo image size in calculations and because of the nature of SVG images, this won’t work as intended and it will require some modifications. We highly suggest using of png images, but in case that you really need to use SVG logos then please contact our support regarding that part.

I get message options: Note that writing permissions aren’t set for folders containing css and js files on your server. We recommend setting writing permissions in order to optimize your site performance. Which folders I need to set in other permission and what permmision I need to set (0777, 0775)?
