With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3sxmHAK

Problems, problems, problems …
a) YASR Since version 2.8.6 of YASR there are problems with the Avada Theme Builder. According to Dario, the plugin developer, these problems are known with Theme Fusion. But for more than 10 version numbers nothing happens – the latest YASR version does not run properly with ATB.
b) Rank Math The same problem exists with Rank Math in the current version. On our 7 current sites, with regular ATB updates, RM does not work properly (in the editor, the RM section is collapsed and cannot be opened). However, with a new installation of ATB on our eighth website, everything works perfectly. It looks like ATB has a huge problem with its own updates and that’s why some plugins don’t work anymore.
c) ATB’s own functions I also noticed that on the pages with ATB updates some functions no longer work, but on a new installation they do work and in some cases I see setting options that I did not see on the other pages.
d) Responsive mode On the page with the new installation I have 3 containers, one each for small view, medium view and large view. The 1st container is divided into 6 columns, which are also displayed correctly. 2nd container is divided into 4 columns, but only 1 column is displayed in each resolution. 3rd container with the same problem. Divided into 2 columns, only one column is displayed below the other. All 3 containers are of course only active for the corresponding view.
I am now more than frustrated and have to conclude that ATB causes more problems than Elementor. The problem is that I cannot simply switch our 8 websites to another system.
Therefore, I urgently ask for the problems to be solved.

a) Simply mentioning the Avada theme is not working with a plugin would be really incorrect. if the plugin does not have clean code, it would not work with any theme. Also, the plugin has 20,000 installs globally, so we do not have any user that has brought this forward to us or neither has the plugin developer reached out to us
b) The Avada builder would use the same source code for all sites. If you see it working in one site and not in the other, then obviously something else is causing an issue. We have several users making use of Rank math without any issues
c) Once again, no theme update is done to break content. This will be due to mix of various factors
d) This appears more like a setup related issues than a theme issue
It would be difficult to assess/advise on the issue via the comments section. We would request you to please contact our support team to have your issue checked by them

The layout builder is entirely optional if you’re building a website from scratch (although some of our prebuilt sites will be using the layout builder as its a better, more flexible approach to building – and in that case you’d want to keep the imported layouts from the prebuilt site if you wish to them).

All content is the site is made using the Avada builder. Any post can certainly be share on various social media sites via the social sharing options in each post (except Instagram as that does not really permit showing content/links like Facebook and twitter)

Hi. I have recently taken over an Avada theme site that has not been maintained in years. it is on Avada version 5.6.2. In attempting to update to the 7.6, I have major issues. I do not have the purchase code to create an account and receive support for this specific site. How can I ask for feedback in this E_ERROR error message I have received when attempting to update the theme? I do manage several other Avada themes that have never had issues like this, have read the documentation and questions, yet I am still left with a few questions. Thank you for a response!

I just wanna let you guys know that for some reason our Watch-guard server firewall that controls our internet in our office, began blocking our website and the only way we were able to by pass it was by deactivating the avada core on our website to get around it. I don’t know if you guys have had any issues like this, but when we have it activated on our site we cannot use the backend. However, when we access the website from outside our office network we can access it just fine. So it is the internet firewall we have in the office that finds some malicious code when we visit our site.

The Avada theme is periodically checked for any security issues and security is of prime importance to us. If you are disabling core, you are basically not rendering any content on the site and this is not really an accurate way to check this. Your firewall should let you know what exploit has it found due to which the site is being blocked.
So far, we have not had any such issues reported to us ever. I suggest you reach out to us on our email here and further elaborate the issue

Good Day,
I’m using a different media upload location folder in Wordpress and Avada is telling me:
‘Media fields using remote URLs were detected in your Global Options
Default Logo
Background Image For Footer Widget AreaPlease replace them with locally-imported files from your media library’
They are from my media library. Surely I’m not the only one that uses a different image upload location. Can this warning be by passed? If it can’t be, can Avada please consider allowing remote URLs without getting a warning? Thanks!
