We are thinking about purchasing your theme and I see you offer both Elementor and WP Bakery page builders. Which one did you use for your demos? I prefer to stay away from WP Bakery plugin so if we purchase the theme and import the demo, will we be forced to install WP Bakery or will we have the option of just selecting Elementor and if so, will the results look the same as your demo?

OK, thank you for the information. What are the suggested hosting server requirements of the theme? I’ve read some people have had issues with the demo import because of this.
One more thing… I read about your theme update process requiring replacing files via FTP. Isn’t there an easier way to do this? Most themes now can be easily updated via the dashboard in WordPress when there is a newer version.

We’ve had this theme and website up for years registered and all the sudden the WP BAKERY stopped working and the theme is asking for our purchase code and we input it and nothing happens so our WP BAKERY is down on our website when we had purchased this theme and put the correct purchase code. We cant even submit a support request because my support expired but this should be covered by your team since all the sudden is asking for a purchase code and we put it and nothing happens when we had done this years ago.

WPBakery is bundled plugin, and bundled plugins do not come with licenses for end-users hence they do not have access to automatic updates. However, we release the latest plugin versions with our theme updates, so you will have access to them by updating your theme. You can read more about bundled plugins here.

Importing demo seems to be a common issue with this theme. Your theme php requirements are higher than the requirements of most shared and managed wordpress hosting. Your theme requires a php time limit of 300. I have tried 3 different hosting companies and all of them are capped at 240, which does not allow the server to reach theme requirements. I purchased this theme earlier today and have not been able to begin on the site because of this issue. Please provide some useful information or support to get the demo installed.

Hi there, I really love your theme and have been using themes of yours for years.

issues with Split Slider. the Slide are all over the place, they do not slide as they should do they constantly move places. I know my support has expired, however this seems to be an issue with elementor.
if you refresh the page it works perfectly find and as soon as you go out of the page and come back and slide the images it goes all over the place.
is there is setting issue? I have look into in elementor but cannot find any issues.

I’m struggling with getting the demo website up and running.
Going to: Curly Dashboard > Import. Selecting to import from Curly WPBakery and all options. The import just gets stuck on 40%. Can’t even get the basic demo content imported.
Another issue is that Slider Revolution won’t update to 6.5.3 after an update it will tell you that the its updated succesfully but will remain on version 6.4.11

Your theme has several custom Visual Composer widgets. when I update the theme, not only does it break because none of the core theme plugins update automatically, but now these Visual Composer widgets no longer exist (any of them) and the site is broken all over.
Any shortcode that starts with [mkdf_services ….] no longer exists after the update.
Where do we get these widgets reinstalled back into the VC editor? And why is your update process so terrible?
upon further review, it seems you have added a theme registration login that is now required (which is fine) but you do nothing to mention this to the user, so stuff just breaks.
I’d suggest looking into your update process for the theme and plugins. The latest theme does not use the latest plugins, and your ‘core’ plugin requires the login, but is mentioned nowhere.

This error usually occurs if you missed updating the Core plugin.
