Well, I’ve just purchased the theme and imported “demo 4 – clean”.
Please take a look how the menu is natively showing for me after importing full data:

Hey! Good morning!! Well, I discovered what was going on…
2 menus were activated by default (primary and the secundary).
I’ve checked and primary menu is on the left side and the secundary is on the right side… and each of them should have only 3 options (more than 3 gets a new line!)
Did you know about that?

Actually, you can have more than 3 items on each menu. But it also depends on your screen size. Besides, if you are using an old version of the theme, it will have some limitations.

It is the code inside function “sober_cart_modal”. But in this function, we did check and return if the cart is empty. If you modified the theme’s files, please remove your modifications.

Hello guys, we are experiencing slow load time and 503 errors with the theme. I’ve spoken to our server support and they are pointing mainly to the sites product pages. Are you able to determine why they’re so slow and using so much CPU? Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. By default, the theme just control the display of the website. It doesn’t use too much CPU. This slow loading may come from an additional feature from plugins. You should try to deactivate plugins one by one to test.

We haven’t tested this theme with Dokan. As some people reported, it work well with this plugin, however some styling issues have to be fixed by custom CSS.

Look like you modified the theme’s files. As we checked, the code of the header on homepage and the product page is different. On the homepage, the header contains HTML code of the cart icon. But on the single product page, it doesn’t.
Please try again with the original theme to test the issue.

Thank your for your attention for our theme. We’re afraid we don’t really understand your question. Do you mean to show a list of sub-products inside a single product? If you mean so, the theme does support the “grouped” product type. You can group related products (like a set of clothings) to a single product. Besides, you can also use the Bundled Product extension of WooCommerce with more advanced features.
