I am using the PDF Certificate plugin in WPLMS version 3.9.9. There are various shortcodes available in the plugin, but as an extra, I want to print a special QR code like a certificate code and the user’s phone number on the certificate. Is this possible, can I add externally different data as shortcode to certificate?
There is a [qr_code] shortcode available. The qr_code shortcode is not working in latest WPLMS PDF certificates plugin which is currently marked as a bug. This would be resolved in the upcoming update. as We upgraded the TCPDF library to latest version to support PHP 8+ installations

Yes, older version of PDF certificate addon needs PHP 7.4.2 or below version. Of course, create a profile field and student can fill that profile field. You can use the shortcode [certificate_student_field field=”Phone number”] where “Phone number” is the field name. This would print the field on the certificate.

I solved the previous questions with your support. I’m having a problem with the user profile photo in the certificate. I add the profile photo to the certificate with the help of a shortcode, but it is added smaller than I want. I can’t interfere with css, I’m uploading a high-dimensional profile photo, we can’t solve it, because no matter how high-size I upload, the system crops the photo in 450*450 format. I thought the problem was related to this and added a code for BuddyPress profile photo resizing, but it didn’t work properly and I didn’t succeed. How can I solve this problem? I want to add a larger profile photo to the certificate.
Yes the max-resolution of the image is set at 460×460 which you can configure from wp admin – vibebp – settings – buddypress – full size avatar.

I’d like to purchase this plugin, but the demo experience is awful and I’m not confident in showing my client. I subscribed to a course and created an account. When I logged in, my dashboard widgets were all over the place – some of them overlapping. The ‘Courses’ tab doesn’t show anything but I can access the course I subscribed to by going back to the dashboard and then clicking the course progress. Although I’m apparently subscribed to many courses even though I only subscribed to one. There’s no unit content to experiment with either. Feels really clunky and poor UX. Does the demo dashboard need a good update or something?
Most likely the demo you check have “Assign free courses on Account creation” enabled. So when your account is created it will fill with courses which you might not have subscribed. Yes, we released many updates recently and are updating the demos.
As an administrator, how do I assign a student to a course?
When I login as a student that purchased a course in the checkout I see “WAITING FOR ADMIN APPROVAL” for a course the student tried to buy.
How do the admin approves it?

When someone enters to our website and tries to enroll to a course (not loged in), it is redirected to the register screen. The problem is that after activating the account it goes to the website and no to the interested product. Is there any way to change it? Thanks, Francisco

Currently Im still usinig 3.9.9 version, I want to ask when I update my php version to 7.4 the website is no longer accessible , its the version 3.9.9 can support php 7.4 and in addition I read articles that WordPress will release the major version of wordpress does 3.9.9 will still compatible with this change?

3.9.9 should work with php 7.4. The WP 5.9 would not have any impact on sites running on older versions. However, I would recommend you to upgrade to 4.x series as 4.x versions will be fully compatible with WP 5.9 in coming updates. Also there are a lot of features which you will be delighted to learn and effectively manage your online learning space. I have an issue, it seems that those CSS files are not loaded and so, don’t stylish my pages.
I tried clearing both browser entire cache and wordpress entier cache (with LS Cache plugin) without success.
Notice that when I’m on Elementor Builder page, it’s work just fine and all elements are in place. Furthermore, advanced tabs working fine in Builder but not in live.

This is inbuilt and comes by default. WPLMS is a completely front end framework. You only and only need to check WP admin section for administartive tasks. All LMS related work from course publish, management, student management is done on the front end. The error you face is because you missed the notice to add purchase code first. On theme activation the setup wizard should open. Optionally open the setup wizard at WP admin – appearance – Setup wizard. See docs.wplms.io -> setting up section for complete setup.

On the other hand, if you use an online payment, you scale the count.
Yes, the count scales when the user is subscribed to the course which happens when the order is marked complete. So when bank transfer order is marked complete it will increase the count. Yes, for automatic online payments on order completes automatically and the count scales. Post the limit is reached 30/30 the button stops working.

Gutenberg is not showing in units – looks like classic editor – but that is not even installed. Where do we find the shortcodes that can be used in UNITS.
Client wants to use WPLMS inside his own theme of choice and has set up VibeBP and LMS successfuly – but the Gutenberg editing is a HUGE problem.

Yes, Gutenberg is the most compatible editor for REST API. We have 1 new demo coming up entirely in Gutenberg. Also check our upcoming blog post on profile layouts, on Gutenberg & Elementor link
You have stated everywhere (from at least 4 months ago) that there are Gutenberg templates – where do I find these? My client is not prepared to wait – some others have been waiting for over 4 months. He bought your WPLMS based on your assurance that there were templates for Gutenberg.
You also stated that WPLMS can be used with any theme – and other builders – where does my client find proof of these statements.
Please join our group on facebook.com/groups/wplms , even though our official version is not out yet, users are already using WPLMS & plugins with third party themes. Please see Astra demo, Enfold demo . You do not need to wait, there is almost no depedency on the WPLMS theme for the WPLMS addons. Everything is now built into the plugins.
I think you are avoiding the question about the Gutenberg templates. (BTW that link you sent is rubbish). Please confirm that Gutenberg is active within Courses AND Units. Where are all the Gutenberg layouts inside VibeBP – there are only elementor ones.
In case you need some templates early, we can share with you. Gutenberg can be perfectly activated in coruses, units , course layouts, profile layouts. Sharing video of the same in next reply.

With all due respect – you are absolutely avoiding answering my questions and providing me with the VibeBP Gutenberg templates. You keep on sending me links to irrelevant information.
You are misrepresenting what your WPLMS can do – you say they are available but you refuse to provide what is asked. This reflects very badly on WPLMS/Vibe as a professional and trustworthy company.
You stated that WPLMS use Gutenberg OR Elementor – but you do not provide the Gutenberg templates for VibeBP. Either provide a link to where I can download all the templates or change the misleading and incorrect advertising of your product and be truthful about the fact the templates do not exist. Stop making promises and not delivering.
This is what is required for GUTENBERG: Course Layout, Member Profile, Member Card, Group Layouts, Group Card, Course Layouts, Course Card.
Also layout for Course Directory page or shortcodes for that type of page.
This is becoming seriously urgent please.
Unfortunately, we can not rush our timeline. Creating layouts and templates using Gutenberg is super easy, I guess you have not really given it a try. These gutenberg templates were PROMISED on more than one occasion by yourselves if you bother to read the entire thread. (WE ARE NOT USING ELEMENTOR). I have been struggling to get any professional support from you for over 14 days now.
You are all very good at avoiding giving a proper answer to my problem. Your documentation is appalling, out of date and your support even worse. Such a pity because you could potentially have many more satisfied clients – instead of hundreds of unhappy ones – as can be seen by the vast number of support questions both here and in the wplms forum. We have a dedicated support channel please use. I know you want ready made templates which would be available with the upcoming demo. But the whole point of creating a Gutenberg based templating system is that users are able to create their own course templates, profile layouts, course cards, member cards. Yes, I would agree that a lot needs to be done right now and more tutorials will improve the satisfaction levels. The demo we are creating ofcourse needs to work with the big wordpress 5.9 update for FSE compatibility.

I have set a prerequisite course. My student has completed the prerequisite course and now starting to take the actual course. So when he clicks on the actual course, the page loads but remains at the same page. I look at the URL and it says http://www.examplesite.com/examplecourse/?error=precourse.

Hi, commision system is not working. When someone purchased the course and order gets completed but the instructor does not recieve commision in his account. I have already set all the settings but still dont know why it is happening. kINDLY HELP

Please share more details on the issue, a little more description. Is commission for the instructor set in WP admin – LMS – Settings. Do you see commission activity recorded in the User’s activity.
Actually after purchase is done and completed, instructor still receive 0 balance in his commission even i set all the courses at 60% commission for the instructor. On the woocommerce order page, commission is shown at order page when order is completed but somehow that commission is not showing to instructor balance in his dashboard and his commission balance always stay zero. I have already set all the settings at WP admin – LMS – Settings -commission but still don’t know why it is happening
ok thank you for the topic, kindly share site credentials in a private reply on the topic. If commission displays on the order page then it should be recorded, we also have sync. functions at WP admin – LMS – Settings – Functions, to sync commissions in case of fails which could correct this.
