Thanks for writing in! Please note that the Regular license for theme copies only allows their use for a single end product // meaning, one installation on one domain.
Currently Envato is probably one of the biggest sellers of digital products, and any product from their market can be used only for one single app, and in this case, that is one theme installation within only one domain.

My wp_load.php file keeps getting emptied when I add of edit a portfolio. This happens only with the portfolio.
Editing pages, uploading images, etc. I have no problem, I constantly has to upload a wp_load.php file. Even if I chmod it to 444 the file become empty when adding or editing the portfolio.
Any idea how this happens ?

Navigate to Qode Slider -> Sliders, click to edit your slider:

Hello there, Building a page with Elementor with Bridge theme, there is no section on a brand new page or covering the first section entirely with logo and menu when/if “centre Logo”option is selected on Qode Option/Header. I don’t see any option for Header padding/margin in the option, so It seems like no option to have logo centred and have menu on a side if building a page with Elementor. Seems a bit a messy with Bridge Qode editor, Elementor and Gutenberg. each of their settings conflicting each others.

Hi, I’m interested in using Bridge “Education” demo site for a new website build. Can you tell me what plugin(s) are used for the courses, payment etc? Do they come as required plugins? It is exactly what my client is looking for but I need to make sure that the functionality of delivery of course content is also provided. If you could send me more information about how the courses are able to be delivered that would be great. For example, once they pay for the course do they automatically get a login for the website, which then gives them access to that course content? Or is this demo really just a shopping cart where the courses are products and there is no delivery functionality for the courses? Or does the demo plugin for courses provide that functionality? Bridge “Education” demo uses Qode LMS plugin for adding LMS functionalities, Qode WooCommerce Checkout Integration plugin so purchase of courses could be integrated with WooCommerce and these plugins will be listed to be installed and activated before demo import as shown in screenshot.
Users can register/login using the pop-up form which opens by clicking on the user icon in header (please see screenshot) and purchase courses. After that they will have access to the user dashboard where all of the courses which they’ve bought or attending will be listed.

Is it possible to contact you if we no longer have support available? I am trying to update the template with Wordpress 5.8.3 and it is giving a code error from the Visual Composer plugin. The website without the template update works correctly, but if I update it, I get a code error and it stops working. I don’t know if I’m the only one who gets this error… but I’ve done different tests in case it was a plugin, and it only doesn’t work when I upload the new template update. Until now I had the Bridge 25.0 version.
