Hi, I have 2 Envato accounts (1 professional, and 1 private) I bought 3 licenses of the Essential theme. 2 with my professional account that are activated for 2 online sites. The 3rd that of my private account (with which I am writing to you) was used locally. For changes. despite deactivation, I can’t activate it again. We’d like to move the product filter to appear above the products on our shop pages when the user accesses the website on mobile. Currently it appears below the products which renders it almost useless as our customers don’t know it exists.

I’ve just updated the theme but IT DELETED CUSTOM CSS forcing me to write an important amount of code again. Why your theme does that if supposedly that’s part of wordpress core which I haven touched? With other themes I dont have that problem, I just update the theme and custom CSS keeps there.

Anyways, translation is the only drawback that is frustrating me with this theme. It’s very time consuming to rummage among several plugins using a third party plugin like Loco, to find no way to translate the “read more” text.

Yes, you can install the theme on a domain and its subdomains/subdirectories using one license as long as they are related to the main website (the same company/business/product…), otherwise you will need a license for each subdomain/subdirectory website.

WPBakery Page Builder needs to be updated. But a licence is needed. I thought this theme included licences within the pricing?

1) Do the video-related elements only work with YouTube and self-hosted videos or would things like Wistia or any other custom code work as well?
2) How do the subscribe forms work? Are they just contact form 7 embeds? Is there any reason I can’t integrate with Activecampaign, for example?

1) The Video elements use Embed Codes to display videos therefore it’s possible to load videos from any embed code source.
2) The included forms in the theme are built using Contact Form 7 plugin, however, adding different forms integrations may require additional plugins depending on your needs (not included inside the theme), however, all standard WordPress plugins should work normally with the theme (note that the forms styling is included for Contact Form 7 plugins and other plugins may have their own forms stylings).

Hello! Can we use this theme without a page builder? I would love to go with Gutenberg blocks. When we need a page builder like Elementor? Basically, most themes use Elementor to build the front page. Do you use Elementor for Post pages as well?

The theme supports WPBakery and Elementor page builder (pixfort elements are only available for WPBakery and Elementor. For Gutenberg, Essentials theme supports only Gutenberg default elements).

It seems like the theme option regarding the blog (we want to have a full width blog layout with default layout posts) do not seem to work, despite being seemingly saved.
The page is set to be the site’s blog page, and the page’s settings are left to default to theme options.
Any idea how to bypass this problem besides going into the templates themselves?

Hi there, I see on blogger theme demo – the slider lags when it slides, why is it like this – the slider should be smooth. It kinda lags the site, other then that all other pages are good. I can see on the demo as well on your own site – it lags.
Strange it was only lagging before and on google chrome now but on firefox didn’t lag the slider.
P.S – ok lagged on firefox too – so the issue is – it lags sometimes then suddenly becomes smooth then lags again other pages all working smoothly.
My VPS is also running smoothly no full ram / cpu or anything
