Hey, i have not used this theme to a production level, i only used it on my subdomains, now i am trying to use it but i can’t because it says already in use, i did as instructed and reloaded it on those subdomains and deactivate the theme, but still i cannot use it because it says already in use, how do i remove the subdomains and use it on my main different domain?

Hi, I have 2 Envato accounts (1 professional, and 1 private) I bought 3 licenses of the Essential theme. 2 with my professional account that are activated for 2 online sites. The 3rd that of my private account (with which I am writing to you) was used locally. For changes. despite deactivation, I can’t activate it again. We’d like to move the product filter to appear above the products on our shop pages when the user accesses the website on mobile. Currently it appears below the products which renders it almost useless as our customers don’t know it exists.

I’ve just updated the theme but IT DELETED CUSTOM CSS forcing me to write an important amount of code again. Why your theme does that if supposedly that’s part of wordpress core which I haven touched? With other themes I dont have that problem, I just update the theme and custom CSS keeps there.

Anyways, translation is the only drawback that is frustrating me with this theme. It’s very time consuming to rummage among several plugins using a third party plugin like Loco, to find no way to translate the “read more” text.

Yes, you can install the theme on a domain and its subdomains/subdirectories using one license as long as they are related to the main website (the same company/business/product…), otherwise you will need a license for each subdomain/subdirectory website.
