Hi, why Greek, Vietnamese font and Google subsets are loaded even though the options are off in X theme ? I only use latin-extended and cyrillic.

We see one license that was purchased in 2020 in your bayffm account. Unfortunately, ThemeForest sets the rules for support and as a seller we have to follow those guidelines. If you have purchased Pro from us directly, there are additional support options.

Those versions are 6 years old (or older). The best course of action is to test on a testing environment before upgrading a live site.

Just reporting a bug here. After theme update along with cornerstore plugin update. We no longer edit pages on the website. All the pages which were created with cornerstone are no longer accessible. It’s just blank page for us.
We also lost all the layout of most pages and uploading theme manually seems to fix that part for us.

I’m sorry, we don’t have an archive of older versions we can make available. The best we can advise would be to restore a backup. So much has changed since then it wouldn’t be compatible with the latest versions of WordPress. If you don’t have a backup, you may just want to update to the latest version and audit the site to see if any expected behavior changed.

I bought this theme a while back. I used it for testing. But now i want to renew support and use it for a project. I am told to go to Themeco for change domain registered there. But I cant login to Themeco or get it to reset the domain. What can i do ? Please help. Thanks.
