Hi, my site was hacked and my server provider (Siteground) told me it comes from the WP Backery plugin: I’ve updated Bridge to the latest version but WP Bakery is still at 5.4.7 This is a problem: the security check of my provider says that: The WP Bakery plugin is still not updated and the version that’s on your website is old and reported as vulnerable:

WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is and we include the latest versions of WPBakery with theme updates. You don’t need to purchase WPBakery to access the latest version.

You can set the “Assistance Category” of the ticket to “I’d like to request a new feature”.

I have purchased multiple Bridge theme packages and I’ve used them on different sites but for some reason I cant figure out where I have used some of my older licenses. I went through all of the sites I host on my server and I don’t see where they are registered. Is there a way to see where my licenses are all registered?

Hi! We have updated theme for the client, and we are now getting this message in wordpress dashboard “Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Bridge Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.”. But Bridge Dashboard shows it is registered, the code is there. I tried to deregister and register again, but the problem stays the same. So now the web page is broken, as theme no longer supports Bridge Theme Custom widgets we used. Any tips how we could solve this bus?

I have created several tours with multiple categories but search and filter options can “see” only two tours from 2 categories, other ones can’t be found via search option or filtered by categories but show up on tours list element. Hello. I currently have a website that has two environments (development & production). The development site is not publicly accessible.
I currently have the theme registered to the production site, and the development site has the latest theme, but not registered as I only have once license. I notice that in the development site the elements don’t appear and it’s a lot of shortcode. text – the production site is fine.
How can we use the theme on both environments? I need to keep the development site up for testing/updating before pushing to the production site. I don’t want to have to transfer license back/forth between the two.
Any ideas? thoughts?

I’m finishing configuring the web and now I’m adjusting the responsive version. I have found some doubts that I would like to be able to correct.
1) The cart icon on mobile phones does not appear on the Home page. I don’t see it in the store either. Attached screenshot of where the cart icon should appear.
How can it be displayed in the menu so that it appears next to the search icon?
