1. There is no such kind of possibility at this moment. We will take your request into account in our future updates.
2. You can change the title via using the Loco Translate plugin. For adding the extra text, you need to modify the core code of the theme. The needed template is located in this directory – ”.../wp-content/themes/motors/listings/add_car/step_1.php”.

hello, I am supporting a Motors theme website and installing WordPress 5.9 and now i have error 500. I can access backend and i tried updating the plugins also and now the website is saying it needs activating i did not setup the website or have access to the account, i don’t have access to any details nor does the site owner and we can’t find the guy who set up the site and account ….. can we just buy another license and update plugins which hopefully will resolve the error 500 ..? we had no issue before WordPress 5.9 update ..?
The new plugin updates have ruined my inventory layout, its not pulling through my Inventory Archive Page properly.
I have fixed it now, i had to re upload the previous version of stm_vehcile_listings for it to work. But maybe check it, something wrong with that plugin…
Hi, Every time I make a new listing I have in the page options the “Tilte” as show but I want to be by default Hide can I make it somehow?
And also at Seller’s note when I write something I change line (enter) it show in one line. I can show text in another line only if I put bullets or number list.

Fairly common, every time I do an update it break the site somehow, this time the header will no longer display correctly usedlorries.co.uk I do not have support any longer however that is not great as when I did have support you would take a month to reply so bit of a con. I would really like to know how to fix this update which is not really support rather a product not working.
Can you suggest a child theme plugin you know works well with this theme? The update also fully de activated my license..

In most cases, the cause of such kinds of unexpected issues is outdated core plugins. So please make sure that you updated the plugins to the most recent versions.
Moreover, please check the Theme Options > Header section and re-select the header style you need. Save the change and review your website once again.
According to your last comment, you missed several major updates of the theme. Please note, we do not support the theme old versions of the theme. The child theme is included in the theme package.

Hi, thank for a great theme. At the bottom of the “Add-Car” page are two buttons “Submit Listing” and “Pay for Listing”. The two buttons appear to be doing exactly the same thing. Where can I do the configurations for those buttons? Where do I link the payment options and set up the payment plans?

Those buttons are automatically linked to the WooCommerce Checkout page. So you need to set up the WooCommerce payment options and pages.

Thank you. I have managed to get that sorted with your manual – On the Add-Car page I can add a new car which goes into the inventory which is correct. The car STM Sidebar and any other information is not displayed on the item page. Only the features and dealer notes are displayed if they have been selected or filled in. How do I get the STM sidebar to show on each item? On the Add-Car page > STM Add a car Settings > Main taxonomies to fill I have ca-year, make, serie, model, condition. The listing then shows a header as an example 2015 BMW 5-Series Used. Where do I change what the listing header shows such as 2015 BMW 520d Automatic? Once again thanks for the help

I have a problem since the last update, just like simonecozzani…
When I updated the theme it appears as preloader, with a black screen and a circle turning like the site is charging. None of the website pages are working. The problem appears on all pages and none is accessible.
it seems that the stm_me_get_wpcfto_icon() function has disappeared and references to this function in php templates generate errors.

Hi,
It seems some of the sections or elements used on those pages can not be loaded. Please try to disable the Preloader option in the Theme Options section and check your pages.
Also, please make sure that you updated all the core plugins of the theme. You can review them in the Motors Dashboard > Plugins section.

I can’t access the theme options, it doesn’t work even though everything is ok and the theme is activated on the dashboard .. It says “Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.” Although I am the admin !

It changes the static strings that appear on the website only. The settings and content will not be changed. You can use the Loco Translate plugin to add translations to the admin area of the theme.

That kind of message appears only when you have already registered your Envato username and email on our support website and now trying to use the purchase code via another email/account.
I recommend you log out of your current support account and re-login via the Login with Envato button.
