Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
For demo import please follow instructions from this article How To Import Demo Content Using The One-Click Demo Import Feature.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Most options regarding Page Title Not apply on website when changed from core option. Earlier when i bought theme data import was the issue and never resolved and not when i want my website live these kind of bugs are giving pain.

Hi, I was reset my wordpress website and install the Umea theme. There are need register theme and the response is already used. I was installed twice at same domain/machine.

Please note that the Regular license for theme copies only allows their use for a single end product, meaning, one installation on one domain.
If you wish to use the theme on some other domain, you need to deregister it first. Please note that you can Deregister Qode Interactive themes via the Help Center.

Check do you have the latest version of our theme and all required plugins. Follow this article in order to update them properly. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
Regarding those outdated copies of WooCommerce templates, please follow the instructions from this article.

You should know that within our Umeå Core Options > General > Initial Width of Content you can set the width of your content, the inital width on our demo is set to 1300 px. Hello. Umea core causes problems with elementor. Database update for elementor cant be proceed. I get an error from umea core. Also widgets have also a problem with umea core. Finally it causes my e-shop to be very slow. Is there an update coming up? Do you have any solution?

Regarding Elementor Data Updater, you can rollback to previous version (try 3.2.4) under Elementor -> Tools -> Versions. This should allow the Elementor Data updater to go through quickly then you will be able to update to the latest version.
In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.

I have not been able to install this template for more than two weeks. Constantly bugs, then something else. Very poor service. Answer every two days. Briefly and then again you wait 2 days. I do not advise anyone to buy from them. Unfortunately, it is very beautiful. But very poor quality. I am extremely disappointed. And I think that companies with such a service should not provide their products. For clarity. The specialists of one of the largest digital companies could not help me create a working version of their template in two weeks. Terrible!!!

Very poor service. Plus, I have to visibly buy other plugins to make what they show on the screen work. You are forced to install the elementor plugin. Which will cost you extra money. Much more than the template itself is worth. In fact, for 3 days I have not been able to achieve any result. The ticket service works badly. They do not answer immediately.
