How can i send bulk SMS to student’s phone number based on course?
Yes, this is available via our SMS addon [ paid ]. Basically, the SMS addon works on notifications, there is inbuilt notification section and that triggers an SMS as well as Pus notifications using our Push notifications addon. There are 34 touch points located to send automatic notifications. Also, there is a bulk messaging which sends an sms to user of a course. You create a profile field “Phone number” and users can connect it as SMS recieving number. We used the Twilio SMS service for that. https://wplms.io/downloads/wplms-sms-notifications/

We sell only text content. You can’t download any pdf via this theme.
You should be purchase course like ebook and then will be whole book text (maybe in course description area).

is it possible? Also, where can place book text in course area? In description field? And is it possible to put big text in that place? Due to copyright protection we cant upload any files, we just want to paste text (but text is too big).

2. Please clarify, we have a S3 addon whcih would generate expiring links to sell books.
3. Optionally, you can just place the PDF book as a course , we created our own PDF reader in last update, so the user does not get a download icon by default to download the PDF.

Yes, if you are on verison 4, just add a class “vibebp-login” to any menu item and that would act as a login trigger. You also need Global login enabled in WP admin – vibebp – settings.
Yes I have WPLMS version 4 but if I dont use VibeBP is it possible or not ? Because I have VibeBP Version 1.5.5, and when I set global login enable it does not appear like I explained you…
Other issue I set on LMS > Settings : Open Login popup for non logged in users when they click on take this course button(For all courses)

PHP 7.3 is end of life in December 2020. So while WPLMS works on PHP 7+, I am not sure about WP as it recommends PHP 7.4+ link

Hello I have elementor and elementor pro installed. When i go to demo switcher, dont appear the option to install elementor. The elementor button dont appear.

Thanks, issue is resolved.
The mails are being sent as standard text emails as you are using a WP_Mail based plugin. While on standard email clients “Gmail” the links automatically convert into links. A quick solution would be to use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/vibe-buddypress-to-wp-mail-fix/

Version 4, the member dashboard take a lot CPU ressource, when multiple users login, the server crash

We are unable to track site visitors for the course pages with #component=course after the course links thru FB Pixel and Google Tagmanager. Don’t know why this is happening and what to do? Any help would be appreciated.

This is not any special event. The course pages got that extra part #component=course and that’s why those pages aren’t being tracked by any trackers like analytics, pixel etc. It’s definitely your fault.
You never reply with proper solutions and always spent/waste a lot of time. Can you guarantee that you’ll resolve all the issues if we get your extended support?
We did an extensive study to find the issue and the reason is that react loads pages dynamically where Php loads pages on page refresh. Since the change of technology FB pixel tracking code needs to be altered Like explained here https://developers.facebook.com/ads/blog/post/v2/2017/05/29/tagging-a-single-page-application-facebook-pixel/ we can setup an example for you if you plan to extend support

5. Yes, they get a link in their email to download certificate. Currently you can assign only 1 certificate. For multiple certifications you can use our Learning Paths addon, you create a Learning path for a user using steps, a step can be completion of a course or a quiz and at each step you can setup a certificate / points etc.

We have active paid support. The Vibe response regarding my issue of Quizzes not loading after the WPLMS upgrade to 4.2 from 3.9 has been frustrating. 4 days after providing admin credentials (1/24/22), Vibe response was the issue is “likely due to a membership plugin,” which we had already deactivated as could be seen. Meanwhile our active users cannot receive needed certificates. Please do a more thorough check of the issue as soon as you can.
Yes, we did spend considerable time on it but we were unable to locate the issue. We are going to try again today and reoslve it. Between if you can update on when did you first notice the issue would be great.
Original issue was from a customer who notified us that she could not access her test; this was one day after we upgraded your software. We deactivated plugins but the issue continues.
if you want to downgrade to 3.9 version , download the entire theme package from themeforest and upload the theme. Currently, you are using version 3 framework with version 4 theme.
What exactly is version 3 framework? I thought the update process took care of this…

1) since one year, when I click on the link of a chapter from the course curriculum, the urls appear as : www.mywebsite.com/chapter/my-chapter/?id=5464 I would like hide /?id=5464
2) before we could create a filterable page for those not connected so that they could filter the courses with a filtering menu at the top of the page, why does this no longer work ?

1. Thank you, we have noted this, we will add a possible fix in updates. The reason why this was added : A chapter can be connected with multiple courses. As such when you open a chapter via a course – curriculum, we use this ”?id=” to redirect the user back to the course. If you maintain 1 chapter per 1 course strategy then it is easier to link back and we can remove this even now.
2. The filtering still works. Please share a link to check this issue.

1. yes, the ? actually saves an additional mysql query. A possible permanent solution should be to add to browser “history” via javascript and save the mysql query. Let me know if you still want the fix or will wait for verison update. Which version are you using?

You have to open the course once. Also, you can enable download course in the Course settings, which forces download of the course on user’s browser.. There are different modes to the PWA both modes allow a student to open the course without internet. Are you testing our demo or you are referring to your site. Hi I am having issues with most of my addons that I purchased. I am rebuilding my site and when I try to redownload my addon from My wplms.io account. The links have expired and even when i try to upload the zip files I had downloaded initially it saying that my license key is invalid. I also bought your woo-commerce addon today and when I installed it had a fatal error. when I try to activate. Please kindly help to resolve this urgently. Thanks
Please share which PHP version are you using on site. The latest addons will work with PHP 7+ only. Also, on uploading if you see expired, it means your server upload limit is not matching the size of the file you are uploading.,this link will help you out.
Hi My php version is 7.4. Secondly, I did not say am uploading to my site, I said that when I tried to re-download my addons from my account on your site wplms.io I am getting the expired link error. That is the link you provided me on my accounts in your site for the download has expired. So am not able to download.
