Hi, I’ve been happily using your theme for 3 years now, and just recently had an issue with the fonts. The typography options are not loading properly, and I can’t see how to adjust them, so now my site (www.helenscales.com) is displaying a default font which I can’t see how to change. I am sorry to write here, as I already own the theme, but I really hoped to clear this one thing quickly to start making changes to my website. First of all, the Kalium theme is great – beautiful, logical, easy, fast, up to date etc! Great job. 
Secondly, I was wondering is it possible to change the “Search results” page in the theme. I found one example page from your themes website https://eleven-store.pl/?s=vans&post_type=product&dgwt_wcas=1&lang=pl , which had very beautiful catalog style search results page with prices and filters. So I was wondering, is this something I am able to in the Kalium theme or is it some custom work?

Unfortunately the site you have mentioned has modified the search results page and that is not something that can be achieved through the theme. As you can see at the footer of our showcase:
Note: Not every website on the showcase uses only native parts of the theme, some of them are customized by clients needs or may use any third-party plugin.

Hello, I am trying to update from 2.7.6 to 3.4.5 but whenever i try to update the theme via wordpress i get the following message:
“This domain is not permitted to download the update because it is already activated on another domain! Please check your registration (Laborator > Registration)”
Any assistance would be really appreciated.

I can see that you are using a whitelisted staging domain (temp.domains).
Just go to your Product Registration page and please press the Remove Registration button, then you can activate your theme again and update it.

I loved this theme. I built my eshop nice and quick. I have only one stupid question. Somehow single products page show only a variation of 30-40 RELATED PRODUCTS. I have a bookstore with more of 7000 (more are coming). I need the RELATED PRODUCTS section to pick random products from the same category as the single one.
e.g. If the products is a childerns book under 12, I want random related books from that category. if it is a horror book, the same etc.
I know how to fix manually the linked / cross selling product section. I just need that on related

It would be better if you used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. One license is valid for one domain only as you can read here: Theme licenses and activation.

After the latest WP update, images have disappeared on several of my pages, like this one: https://pressconnect.dk/forside/om-os/bent-sorensen/ (there’s supposed to be an image above contact details.

This is a problem of the page builder (WPBakery Page Builder) when used with Polylang, which we have recently reported to the WPBakery team and hopefully, it will be fixed in the upcoming updates:

Anyway, we have implemented a temporary fix until the WPBakery team fixes the issue, the Polylang plugin uses a WPML legacy function (like a middleware) which in combination with WPBakery function that we use: wpb_getImageBySize is causing this issue.
If you want, you can modify this file of WPBakery:
wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/helpers/helpers.php:45
And change:
$attach_id = apply_filters( 'wpml_object_id', $attach_id );
to
$attach_id = apply_filters( 'wpml_object_id', $attach_id, 'attachment', true );

Helo, how to remove the registered domain to activate in a new one? The website moved to a different domain, I deleted from the Product Registration setting, but I cannot activate again.

One license is valid for one domain only as you can read here: Theme licenses and activation. If you need to register Kalium in another domain you need to purchase another license.

I don’t need a new license. The license I have it’s linked to migueliguacen.com (as seen in https://api.laborator.co/?assigned-licenses=*******). I need you remove that domain so I can activate the license in iguacen.com
By reading other comments, I see this is something need to be done by you.
Can you delete that domain so I can activate the license? I already made Remove Registration on my side.
Edit: I don’t want to use it in two domains, it’s just a domain migration, the website is the same.

Hello, Is the theme compatible with wp 5.9? I updated my site to 5.9 and had the same problem like “parade-studio” above. The header menu on my site takes up much more space (height). I downgrade to previous version of wp (from backup) so now everything looks normal.

Kalium is fully compatible with WordPress 5.9 but it seems that this problem happened because an update that SVG Support plugin released (more info).. Until they fix this issue, you can resolve this problem by adding this CSS code on your Custom CSS area:

I checked your site and the header/logo seems to be showing fine:
Is the logo you were using in SVG format? If yes then it could be that it has been saved in responsive mode, you can do that by downloading the image again and re-saving it by unchecking the “responsive” option from the application you are using (I use Adobe Illustrator).

I made some custom css to fix it. So you can’t see it on the site anymore. It looks like the max width I set for the logo (450px) in theme options now suddenly also applies to the height. This wasn’t a problem until now, how did this occur?

Hello, I am relatively new to Wordpress in general, I just purchased your “Agency Team” and I do have a couple of questions, any help would be greatly appreciated! 1: How can I add a new tab under the main header of the home page? (The portfolio items, they read “All”, “Branding”, “Digital Art” and so on… So far, I could only achieve this by adding some JavaScript but it is not ideal. 2- Related to the above: What is the best way to edit the names of those fields? 3 – Is it possible to add a customized logo and have it displayed on the same size in all of the pages? 4 – Is Elementor supported? 5- What is the font style used for the Agency Team?
