Hai, I cant able to edit the Edit the shop page 2 on demo 8 theme. it shows “Sorry the content was not found on your page” error.

Sorry for the inconvenience but if you are trying to edit the Shop page with the Page Builder active on your site then that is not possible. Because the Shop page comes from WooCommerce and it doesn’t allow editing it with one of the Page Builders supported with the Theme (i.e. Elementor or WPBakery).

The Demo is built with the Elementor and WP Bakery page builder, you can import the Demo with any one page builder at the same time and edit it with the particular page builder…

Hello, the demo import is not working. it returns the following error: “Demo Import – Undefined Installation Is Failed!” and below error message : “already_used” although I still did not have the chance to import any demo. Support site is not satisfying.

The home 1 is really bad on mobile. The header with the cart is awful. The cart is right next to the logo and it really looks bad. How can i put the cart on the right of the header on mobile ?

To hide the Newsletter Popup for the time being on your Site using your Page Builder. You need to edit your Popup with the Page Builder you are using on your Site > there you’ll see a diamond shaped icon called Riode Settings, click on that > under that open the Display Condition > under the Display Condition, you can remove the Condition defined and the Popup will be hidden from your Site.

Hai, have bought this theme by our org, And have successfully installed theme and selected everything as per documentation and other senior Dev help. But now whenever I click on customization a alert box pops up shows “Kirki is not installed. Please install it to get full control”. Actually, recently Kirki Plugin’s update was released in the form of version 4.0.20 which was incompatible with the Riode Theme. But yesterday, the Theme Update has been released in the form of version 1.4.4 in which the compatibility of the latest Kirki Plugin has been added. So, you just need to Update your Riode Theme to the latest version 1.4.4 and this issue will be resolved then.

This depends on the settings and functionalities of the PayPal plugin you are using.
Further, we have came across regarding the two Vendor Plugins (Dokan and WCFM) that in Dokan there is no way to send payments directly to vendors with PayPal.

There might be some third party Plugin conflicting or some cache issue is on your Site. Try completely clearing your browser and server cache first and then check back the issue again. If it persists, then try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site and then check back the issue again. If it is resolved then reactivate them one by one to see which plugin is conflicting.
