Hi there. I work for a company that bought Osmisis years ago. Everything is outdated and my job is to get it full updated : plugins, builder, theme, PHP version and eventualy WorPress core. I couldn’t get the client themeforest accesses, lost since years while people have changed. I wish to buy the support extension so that i can get the theme last version and count on you guys if there’s a tricky point. I am an old Themeforest customer. How can i do that. Thanks.

well… they use 2.3 Osmosis version, there’s a child theme and hosting runs php 5 and several WPML extensions… i might need a little help (i already made backups with local and external)

Hello. Is there a way to set the Feature Element Image to be responsive? I see there is an option to set the position of the Image and an option to set the position of the image in Tablet and below. But it would be nice if there was more options for example to completely disable the Feature Element in small screens.

The feature section uses background images. Pls check this article – https://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/responsiveness-full-screen-background-images/ – to better understand the responsiveness of the background images. This is not a theme related, and this is why you have options to change the position. I think that you can also disable it via a small CSS snippet.

Hello. I understand that I receive updates from plugins such Slider Revolution when you update the theme. But does that gives us access to this plugin premium features? The Slider Revolution has a module templates. But when I click to get a template it asks for a License Key. Is that available for us who got Osmosis theme?

These are the rules for the bundled plugins, no matter the theme you are using. Please check the official Envato articles – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005593643-How-do-licenses-work-for-any-plugins-that-are-bundled-with-the-theme-I-bought- – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins . You cannot have the License Key of a bundled plugin.

Hi, I have the 3.2.8 version of Osmosis, the theme update is enable and i have the theme update error:403 I found that we now need to use the Envato Market plugin which I’ve installed and did the settings, it’s all good except the php version (7 minimum is requested and i’m on 5.6) Editing the php version makes that i can no longer access the administration (my osmosis version is too old for php 7 and create a bug?). Would you have a suggestion? Best!

It is worth noting that these settings, especially the php version, are based on official WP guidelines. About the theme update, you need the Envato market plugin for the auto-update process. Alternatively, you can just download the theme from your Themeforest account and install it via the WP dashboard.

And the page with ajax still make too many time to load.
