As you are using a very old theme you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.

Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.

Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.

If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.

Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.

That way you will fully have an impact on your portfolio single page layout, since the already predefined template do use a specific layout. The custom one give you more options for sure.

Is there any links of your tutorial documents that talks about what you have just explained on your reply? Portfolio tutorial you have at this moment helps a very little. I’ve looked through your tutorials documents, but I can’t really find it. It would be super help and appreciated if you could provide me the information.

Also any plan to update the portfolio building section to be able to edit with block editing or Elementor anytime soon???

Could you please clarify this a bit more so we can be sure that we understood you correctly.

You can custom build any portfolio single page and you can read more about it here. That way you can add any elements with the page builder, whether it is with Elementor or WPBakery, so you will be able to build your custom portfolio for sure.

Also in order to edit the portfolio with Elementor you will need to enable it in Elementor > Settings > Post Types.

Thank you very much for your reply. The demo I have imported were Fashion Model Agency.

Unfortunately Heading H6 does not control the additional sidebar font as I have changed and had not affect, However, Custom CSS was the one controlling it. Don’t understand the reason for the custom CSS was created if H6 does controls the font. but it is good to know H^ is the control it, so may be I will delete the custom CSS and let the proper function control the section.

It seems like there are so much custom CSS created for the Demo and TBH, unless end users are happy with everything, but imagery and text infos, not so straight forward demo to modify and finish a job. It would be great if Demos are made with basic functions that early access and less Custom CSS.

You are correct, and for this demo the custom CSS has been added, perhaps it was ment to specify the Portfolio a bit differently and therefor the usage od custom CSS.

You could try to remove this CSS

.portfolio_detail > h6{
  font-size: 30px;
  margin-bottom: 6px;
  order: 1;
}

and use the general options for Headings, since it will still work if you remove the CSS code.

Please understand that new block based widgets feature added in WP 5.8 do require a bit more demanding resources so check that your resources meet the required once.

Also please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version. You do not need to have the Qi addons installed, however testing this on our side we did not encounter any issue with the plugin and the theme.
