Hi, I imported the demos, and I still cannot find the “shops/shop-grid-wide” or “shops/shop-carousel-fluid/”, I mean I have those pages but how can I make my default shop page look like one of those pages? Aren’t those pages supposed to be block content in order to be able to replace the default shop? Thanks

when i updated the theme to latest version whether i use your child – theme or mine the theme options admin screen on right you expand ajax and are blank …if you use uncode with no child they show up how to fix?

We are sorry for this issue, unfortunately we don’t have other users that reported something similar, so probably you have some customisations in your functions.php that create the issue. Did you try to remove some some part of your customisations to give it a check? Did you clear the browser cache as well?

Logo missing after upgrading Wordpress version
I have just taken over maintenance on a site that has been built with this theme. I have updated Wordpress and in the update, the logo has disappeared from the header. Could you point me in the right direction for the theme. I’m not sure if the theme needs an update or if it is something else.

I believe this site will not have a current support licence and I don’t have access to any of those licence details. If I purchase a new theme licence, could this fix the problem? I can’t see anywhere in the theme files where the licence is activated.

Hi there, when I use the “Heading” module and enter my words, and make some of them bold in the editor, the bold is not working. For reference, you can check acr.mediastoremktg.com, and there you will see a duplicated regular text module, and above it, a header module. I prefer the header module, but can’t make certain words bold. Thanks!

I`m refering to Posts element in Page builder.
I wonder is it possible to turn off all animations (semi ajax feeling) in navigating between pages and filters?
What I would like to achieve is when user click on “page 2” in pagination or choose some category from filters there is no animation, no loading circle just browser would act like I would paste the link into the addres bar.
Is there any way to achieve this?
Hi AndrzejGdula_Ag! No there is not a method to achieve this, sorry. In fact, we never show this in none of our demos. Please note that the loading is needed during the time the next items are loaded, otherwise users will not see anything.

From an image you have to understand that it is not possible to see what happens at the code level but most probably you have copied also some codes with your text (this can happen if you copy texts from Word or from a web page). Hi sabatininew! I think it’s impossible that Uncode adds codes randomly and only for your installation. Maybe you clicked one of the TinyMCE icons inadvertently.

Exactly, the screenshot is taken from our demo admin, and we have the “Disable Animations On Mobile” set to “On”. So everything is working as expected.
But wouldn’t that be normal to show the animation to the costumers?
Hi miguelcarino! We don’t see why this isn’t normal. This is simply a choice, our choice is to present a more performant demo, and as you know animations slow down the page and are only ancillary cosmetics, many of the users prefer everything to be fast on mobile.

Do you disabled ALL extra plugins to check if the issue is related? Do you have some JavaScript error in the Chrome Developer Tools at the Console tab?
