I bought the AVADA theme for a website and the code I loaded down workes for several months. There were no problems. But now there ist this warning “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” But I did not chance anything, so I don’t understand why it dosn’t work.

You can try unregistering the purchase code from your support account and then try re-registering your site.

Hello ThemeFusion_Support, we have bought many AVADA themes from you and for the last project we have opened a ticket in the support area. Since we are in a hurry and the website is for one of our customers, we need your help today or in the next hour.
The problem is as follows:
Under Option – Logo = Here the logo can no longer be changed! We insert it, but nothing happens on the website. We don’t want you from support to change the logo for us, but simply that this option works normally.

I can not find your ticket from this username for some reason, however regarding your issue can you please make sure that you are not using a custom header, if you are using a custom header the logo might be coming from a simple image frame, if however you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

how do i remove licence on the domain i no longer use wordpress?i would like to use the licence on a new domain although already registered the license to a domain i was using wordpress initially,now the domain has a website that doesnt use wordpress.so how do i transfer the licence to a new domain?Remember i already tried and am told its used by another website

Is there anyway to add a switcher button that will update a pricing table underneath the switer button? I setup a pricing table and would like a button to switch the pricing table from Monthly to Yearly pricing when the switer is clicked. I’m using Avada Accountant

I’m afraid we don’t have a setting like that for the Product tabs.
We do offer other controls like customizing the overall layout of the product page with our Woo Builder though.

There are a few customization plugins from Yith that you can try but I haven’t personally tested one. You can ask on WooCommerce support area If there are still issues, as it might require some level of code customization relating to WooCommerce code.

I don’t believe we have such a feature in the pipeline but something like this is probably possible with a WooCommerce Addon or perhaps something a 3rd party developer can add for you with a small amount of code.

purchased avada, used it on localhost, want to try it on localhost again; deregistered old localhost and now I can’t register my theme anymore…
and due to my expired service period i am not able to open a ticket in the support system. Would be happy with a solution

You would need to unregister the staging site.
In order to unregister the staging, please do so by accessing your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/ Please select the “Registered purchase code” tab. We offer a ton of performance options to serve your site optimally, however, the theme itself is just a fraction of what is responsible for overall site speed – there are other important factors that can impact a site’s performance – e.g. the number of active plugins, type and configuration of your cache plugin, server sided performance settings, amount and size of content on the page etc. While we can make recommendations on improving performance, we cannot fix non theme related issues with performance.
