I am trying to implement price history on my price comparison site. However, I encounter two problems.
(1) I update prices & products by uploading a CSV through import WP. However, the prices update even when I did do an update cycle through import WP. Also (without updating the prices) the graph shows a historic price point for yesterday of a completely unrelated price number. See the following example: https://ibb.co/h2fwxh2 Here I updated product one with the actual price being 1.15 Euros. However for the day before it says it has a historic price of 2.79 euros even though I did not update the product and the price was also 1.15 euros yesterday.
(2) In the price history there are random numbers in the historic data of the graph. in the example image, you can see that there are numbers ranging from 0.69 to 9.99 euros even though I did a single upload with the price being 2.79
Do you know how I can make the price graph update only when I update my products?
How can I make the graph only collect actual historic prices?

You can’t hide links from google. You can hide links from users. 301 redirect is the way which can be used
I have just installed the new rehub theme in my staging environmentt, after not updating for a couple years. I deleted the old themes and child themes, and decided to start from scratch with the new theme. However when I try to activate the rehub-framework plugin I get the message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” and I can no longer access the site or wp-admin. I just purchased your support so I can get help with this. Thanks Lynn
umm… what is this supposed to tell me??? You want me to weed through each of those critical updates? A little guidance from support on which one(s) might be the issue would be helpful.
these don’t help… I have no idea where to start, seeing as I installed completely new and I’m still getting that error. The error is so general, I have no why it’s crashing when I try to activate the rehub-framework plugin.The only information in the staging area are the posts/pages from the live site. I just paid for support, so I would expect a bit more help. thanks
You must check all critical changes from your old version and up and make changes if needed it. If you have customization, you must disable it temporarily, update theme, then enable customization one by one
are you talking about customizations on each page/post? before I can even install the plugin? That’s crazy.

As I stated, I deleted the old child theme, the old rehub theme, and disabled most of the plugins used by the old theme. It still will not install the rehub-framework plugin – just errors out.

Did you not read the original post? The error I get is “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” but I get no email with any instructions, and it locks up both the wp-admin and the front-end of the site.

They are coming from your plugins, not from theme. Send me screenshot of errors from site and not from wizard

these are not errors, it’s warnings which can’t break your site. Please, send me link on page which is broken. I can’t see anything wrong on your site, except empty widgets, you can assign inactive widgets in Appearance – widgets

I’ve facing an issue with Postview counts. My postview is showing but not showing as real-time as expected. But when I cleared Cache every time then it shows the updated numbers and again until next Cache clear it shows the same result for various page views. Hope you understand, And one thing let you know> My Hosting Provider “Kinsta” do not Cache for .php files but why still it showing the Cache version I don’t know. Post views are working as expected. As your site is cached, you don’t see live site
But postviews should be real-time. How to implement that? Because previously it showed real-time with Cache version HTML of the page, But, the actual PHP files themselves don’t become cached. Just the generated HTML that is served to the visitor. So is there any option to fix it like maybe possible using JavaScript to have the count updated dynamically rather than having it rendered and served statically in the HTML/page source that could become cached.
post view counter is real time. But your output page is cached so you always see cached render.
We don’t have plans to make ajax render of counter because this will increase load on server significantly. Perfomance is our priority so we will not add this. You can make custom ajax functionality and show counter. Post views use meta key rehub_views

It can’t be fixed because it has no bugs. It’s working as expected. Once you cache page, you see cache and not live
Okey brother no problems. But If you confirm the exact Cookie for this then I can able to exclude it from Cache on server settings.
Our theme is GDPR ready so we don’t use cookies at all. And cookies are for saving user data, it’s not for saving site data

The issue I’m having is getting my page width to fit the browser window. I’ve solved this on other pages created with elementor, but any theme page, such as the product archive pages are still too narrow. help please!
Archive pages are always centered and use 1200 px width. You can use extended width in theme options-general – select width

Extended width makes full width pages. Currently I don’t know what you are trying to do. Post blocks should not be full width because they will be stretched. I can give you code snippet which you can use to force full width but we will not be responsible for any visual bugs related to width on your site
Extended width should make full width, but it isn’t on my Post pages, site archives, any pages involving Dokan/Dokan Pro, etc. Any page not designed by me on elementor is centered, with about 1 inch of space from the sides currently. Maybe there is a bug?
I’m trying to make all viewable pages on my website fit the window of the browser. I have all elementor pages working properly. But any ReHub Theme related page/post is (currently set to extended) is not extending to the full width of any browser window. If I change themes, I can get them to fit to the width by adjusting the other theme’s settings (such as Astra).

That isn’t all that I said was wrong. The part that you aren’t acknowledging is that the theme isn’t working as it should. when i choose extend, it does not extend my pages to full width as it should. Instead of helping me fix the theme, you are sending me code snippets and telling me im responsible for any further issues with the theme. That is not fixing the issue.

Sizam, as I’m looking at all other possibilities, I believe it might be a plugin issue. I’m going to try to figure it out now. The code snippet not working made me think it could be plugin related. I will let you know which plugin.

Woocommerce support is telling me that the rehub framework is controlling the page width. They aren’t familiar with your theme, and they aren’t sure why it’s showing different page widths on certain pages, but they said to reach back out to you

The theme/framework does, but I can’t say why it would use different widths, based on whether WooCommerce is active or not. When I go to create a new ‘Product Archive’ template in Elementor, it replicates this problem. I think it might have to do with something between elementor and rehub theme. I’ve went to elementor template>post attributes> and selected between all options (default, elementor canvas, elementor full width, theme) and the page width between elementor canvas, elementor full width, and theme do not change.

There is nothing wrong with theme. Your site is working as expected. If you need full width, add code which I sent and disable block design in theme options-appearance
