Good day,
I have a little problem / bug on my website. Because this bug is since i use Newspaper already (1 year?)
Advertising is marked on my website. It works.. but not for “Header ad” when i use google adsense.
Example: Here my setting in Newspaper Theme panel: https://ibb.co/wNDXZ5HBut on my website is missing the field ”- Anzeige -”. I put them in HTML Code and in “AD TITLE:” field. When i start my website it will show for some seconds. But the advertising covers the word.

The title is there but underneath the ad, it looks like there is some CSS that positions it there. If you are referring to the theme membership plugin, users cannot add new payment options for it. New features for the plugin can be added by us only. And there will be more features added in the future, including payment options. I can’t however say at this time which payment options will be added first, or when they will be added exactly. That remains to be seen.

Hello and congratulations for your great theme. We are using your theme for our site but… subpages for page “La Association” only appears if we are logged ad administrator. It is solved. It was a compatibility problem with java and a plugin installed.
Adsense stopped delivering since updating to 11.4.1
This worked fine until updating the theme yesterday. Adsense account is fully active with no restrictions and I’ve also tested ad delivery on a static html page at top level of website. Ad code is still implemented correctly in theme panel.

Updating the theme would have nothing to do with the ads displayed on the website. That is a very unusual thing to happen. Mention a few details about the ad placement, and how they are implemented.

Solved this now thank you. The issue, if anyone else has the same problems, is with the conflicting Quantcast plugin that appears not to be compatible with latest Wordpress update. Deactivated Quantcast plugin and ads instantly reappeared.

Hi, It seems some blocks don’t have the review star color selector (example: Flex block 4). When activating the review stars, they come out black. How can we change the default color? In other blocks we see the color selector under the style tab. Is this a small bug? We are using the latest version.

It seems it is a bug, normally I believe that all the flex blocks and grids should have the option to color the review stars. I checked them all the option is missing for flex blocks 2,3,4,5. I did the 11.4.2 update and some code on my site is broken. and the screen does not open in the update section in my theme panel.

If you are updating from a much older theme version, manually, please make sure to manually install and activate the standard pack plugin https://i.imgur.com/jRVu3Sv.png The plugin contains all the standard templates, blocks and grids, etc. So without the plugin being active there will indeed be shortcodes and missing templates. kindy add option to set width from panel as well

At this time these would be the only width settings in the theme panel, for the header/footer https://i.imgur.com/EvnEz0x.png and for the pages that are not built with the composer https://i.imgur.com/zThCH6L.png If the website is built with the composer fully, meaning using cloud templates, then the width settings for the rows can be used https://i.imgur.com/iu00yOC.png If you are referring to a general width setting, that affects the whole website at once, this doesn’t exist unfortunately. I can’t say if it will be added.

In all of them, you tell them to send an email and access to their site. That’s what you made when you want to replicate something. But at this point, I’m sure you have replicated. So, can you give the solution here to me and to every other people that will read this post?

That is a very unusual issue, and actually it is not something that happens only with our theme. For example:

If you check the themes used on the websites in the topics, they aren’t using our theme. So it can happen regardless of the theme used basically.
In a case I recently investigated, I found no actual cause for this to happen, at least from the theme perspective, or from the information the user provided for the investigation. The only solution I found to remove it was by quick editing (not editing) the posts that had the issue and removing it from there https://i.imgur.com/rgqunZF.png In the edit screen of the posts it did not appear anywhere, only in the quick edit options. It is quite an unusual issue, and the conclusion would be that it’s not caused by the theme, and not something for which we could provide a solution.

I have been using this theme for a quite a long time but suddenly homepage slider stop working. This is urgent. I get the below message

For related articles, the theme’s desktop version is using is using a 218×150, while the mobile version uses 485×360. I couldn’t find a way to change this. can you please check and update accordingly. the mobile should be using files with lower dimensions.

Assuming a cloud post template is used for desktop, the related articles which now is a sorting method for blocks https://i.imgur.com/eRmKRp6.png not a dedicated block anymore, there is a choice of thumb sizes https://i.imgur.com/PvdQSN6.png Same for a mobile template.
The mobile theme uses 2 modules, which require these thumbs to be active https://i.imgur.com/NsZ0Xi8.png The one used for the related articles, latest articles, search results, etc. is the smaller thumb of the 2 sizes. However, depending on the screen size, and the srcset images WordPress provides for the images, other sizes of the image may be loaded. If maybe you want to force using the intended thumb size, try this solution https://deano.me/how-to-disable-srcset-responsive-images-in-wordpress/ The code has to be entered in the mobile theme functions file.
The theme lazyload doesn’t apply to the mobile theme. Lazyload from other plugins or methods may apply.

We do include a child theme in the theme package, but now days it is rarely needed to use one. There may be cases when it is useful, but quite rare. At least with our theme, we offer the possibility to customize the website top to bottom with the composer, almost everything can be customized. The demos we provide for a while now are all fully customizable in the composer https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper/ Also taking into account the cloud library that contains soon to be thousands of templates ready for import https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All the need to use a child theme for customization is not needed.

WordPress itself requires a functioning server and database https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ That is before even being able to use a theme. Usually any hosting provider offers the possibility to create a WordPress install quite easily. Hi, I use All in One SEO plugin and unfortunately it causes conflicts with this theme. More specifically, if tagDiv opt-in builder is activated, the seo tool fails. This is one of the best seo tools and hence I would like to stick to it. Any advice?
