That depends. If you mean ads that should pop-up , some ad providers offer such types of ads. The dimension of the row height is usually given by an element, you need to check the elements from the menu using tagDiv Composer and check to see if there are any settings in the css tab -> https://i.imgur.com/nw8EyME.jpg please check if all elements are inline on that row. I have created a custom shortcode using my custom plugin and added shortcode using column text editor. It will display the content from the shortcode on the frontend. But after putting that shortcode on any page tagdiv composer doesn’t allow to edit that page from frontend side. Fix this issue ASAP.

I know my support has been expired. But I want to report a bug on your last update. Post Loop 1 has a bug. Please create a new row, and add Post loop 1 on it. Try to change module per row to 1. You will see the bug on Post Loop 1. This is the screenshot of the bug.

The license terms don’t actually specify how the procedure is in such cases. That should be possible to do with one license, although its not quite specified in the license terms. The license terms are defined by themeforest, not by us https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard There is a discussion about it here https://forums.envato.com/t/locked-products-licensing-for-wordpress-multisite/77838/26 and the conclusion is at the end. So “If you run multiple subdomains within one domain, you only need one license”, which is what you would like to do I believe. If you have more questions, let me know.

The update guide is this one https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ For such an old theme version it will have to be done manually, as the automatic update did not exist at that time, in that theme version. So it can be done using a file manager or FTP, or through WordPress. Be sure to take a look at the changelog https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and also this article https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/ The standard pack is most likely required for the website built with that theme version, install/activate it after you update the theme. That depends. A website like that in what way exactly? Are you referring to the design, the content, the type of website, etc. Our theme is mainly for posts, the website you mention seems to deal with apps that can be downloaded from it. I see however that the website uses WordPress and the app pages are actually post pages. So our theme could be used to build a website similar to that one. Maybe there will be things that cannot be done in exactly the same way, I can’t say for sure. We can discuss more, let me know.

Hi, In the year 2018, I created a website for my client on newspaper theme. But at the time of renewal of hosting (after one year) he bought his own hosting service and I shifted his website along with all the backup, username and password related to his website. In 2020 my website business got closed and I am no more working in this business. Now my client wants to update the website with the latest version of the theme. So, I want to transfer the theme and its license to him so that he is not dependent on me anymore.
Request you to please guide me on how can I transfer newspaper theme and its license to his email id or account?

Although Envato does mention that the license is transferable https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq#license-transferable-a it’s not quite clear how that is done exactly. There are discussions about it on the forum https://forums.envato.com/t/transfer-of-envato-license-to-other-party/77226 The conclusion would be that practically there is no way to actually transfer a purchased item/license from one account to another. Or at least from what I have found so far. The purchase is tied to the account used to make it. You could contact Envato as well and ask about it. From our perspective however, as long as the user that contacts us can provide a valid license key, we will provide support and assistance for the theme.

I believe there is a problem with the WordPress posts page and the mobile theme, that is how it looks like. I will add this issue on the list immediately. In the meantime, there are other ways to build a “posts” page, without actually using the WordPress option for it. For example a simple page built with the composer, containing a loop element will do the same thing basically https://i.imgur.com/gEzZ1ka.png Or an empty page using the page template with latest https://i.imgur.com/7Uw6cog.png Both of these options will do the same thing, which is display the latest articles. Hello, I have several issues. The first one is that I cannot login to the forum. I have a purchase code. When I try to sign in with envato it says I have an account. I try to recover a password, but no email is recognized. I tried all the possible usernames, nothing works. I need to be able to access the forum.
The other problem is the theme settings and page design. The idea you guys had with this theme is awesome, but the implementation is soooooo buggy and hard.
I have created a page, I see it in the admin, but when browsing the page, it shows a total different structure and content.
I have two plugins that I want to insert on the page, but they are not rendering. One is the RSS feed shortcode that I need to place in a RAW HTML module and the other is a facebook feed.
I need support ASAP.

The PRO demos are faster than the older standard demos. Very good results can be achieved using PRO demos https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/ The requests and resources that are loaded when using a PRO demo are reduced, there are also other benefits. Besides the fact that they are faster, the options for them are greater and they are much flexible than the standard demos. The standard demos will be remade gradually, over time, into PRO demos. All the demos we have created for some time now, and the demos that we will be adding further, are PRO demos.
