We’ve sent you an email earlier today including purchase code. But quite urgent for us, so just mentioning here. That there seems to be no ability to disable the loading animation in your theme settings? It’s delaying the overall site load, and we don’t need it. It takes an age to load on mobile.

So, I’m working on my photography site, and creating galleries. I can’t find a way to turn on all the stuff happening on mouse over. When I’m presenting my work, I have no interest in distracting the viewer with colors/icons/animations. How do I turn this off? I found somewhere you mention some custom CSS but can’t imagine that is the actual method. Thanks for your help and look forward to getting this together. Love the theme

The theme options keep losing settings very frequently, it reset the site logo and the gem logo appears. This happens on two different sites and every time I have to restore a backup of the settings. Theme registration also turns off often. How can I fix this problems?

Hi, I am facing an issue with WP Rocket, When Applied remove unused CSS under optimized CSS, for a week everything works fine, then suddenly accordion stops working when I removed this option, it Fixed the problem. But how can we achieve the performance if we cant apply optimization option in respected plugin.
Also Google Recaptcha v3 script is not loading on the site since 2 weeks, I am not using deferred JS option in WP rocket. Activating and deactivating Wp rcoket tried something happened. Still not working/showing
Could you please explain more in detail the compatibility or how can we use Autotomize and WP rocket together without affecting any third party scripts.

The support expired so I am posting the question here. Hopefully you guys will be able to help me out.
The footer on my client’s website is missing.
On the home page’s page options > general, the footer is set to Default Settings. I tried setting it to Enabled too but neither worked.
Under theme options, the footer is enabled and the footer template is assigned to the custom footer I’ve created.
Looking through the developer console of the homepage, there is no related error, and the footer element is not even rendered on the homepage.
I’ve tried to deactivate all plugins except Really Simple SSL, WPBakery Page Builder, Mega Addons for WPBakery, and Wordfence.
But it didn’t fix the problem.

I’ve been using our theme for our client on ermellekiattila.hu.
I’ve moved the site to a subdomain on one of our server for further development. For this I tried to activate the clients theme on this temporary server an I’ve deregistered it. Now I’m not able to register the theme again for the real site, because I’ve deregistered it once.
It makes no sense for me. Could you please fix this problem.

Whenever we tried to send mail with your theme from the site, it is not going out, if we change other themes and try to send the mail means, it is going out.
We have used Contact Form 7 with the theme and mails are not sending, if we change the theme means, the emails are sending.
