Thanks for the theme.

I purchased it and noticed that all the premium plugins are not active. I’ve read through the comments and notice that you keep mentioning: “All the plugins which are not free come under our Extended License, so you don’t need to pay for their license to use them.”

However, your website says that all these premium plugins come with the theme for $59. That’s the main reason I purchased the theme. The extended license costs $1600.

If its true that we cannot access the premium plugins on the standard license, then you are completely misleading your customers which is utterly disappointing.

My support is expired but never had issues with the theme. Now I am facing an issue with sticky logo, which is not included in the sticky header even though i have the logo image in the sticky logo. Please advice

I moved my website from 1 host to another. For some reason my header and footer font and background changed. When I go to fix these issues the changes don’t change. The menu font stays on the theme default and not the theme default I set up the actual original. Anyone know how I can fix my header and footer?

hello on my website the footer field is broken and the header is stuck at the top of the site (there used to be some space as usual) and I can’t fix it. Receiving multiple error codes caused by the theme itself. Do you have plans to update the theme to correct the issues or can you pass along instructions to correct this?

A few questions appeared and I logged into my support forum account and wanted to start a new ticket for the pearl theme with the purchase code. Hello, I am using a language translator on my site. Polylang module. I translated the site, but I can’t translate the offices in the top bar.

Very happy with the theme except for a big problem with the header.

I have 2 old elements (icon + text) which are still displayed on PC even though they have been deleted in the header builder Desktop tab!

But, they are still visible in the mobile and tablet tabs, where you can see or hide them but not delete them. It is therefore impossible to delete them.

I can to keep them but I have to modify them. I tried to modify them in the database, but without success.

What to do ? Thanks for your help.
