I see in your site there is a custom CSS as the source is saying only the index file is providing the css https://i.imgur.com/vWF4x5m.png
And this css is hiding the text as the background the text have same matching colors so please remove that css from appearance >> customizing >> additional css. And the texts will be visible again.

This is maybe because of the server so we would recommend you to increase your servers system variables. For that, you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows.

Actually, this is a very unknown issue because we have never faced this issue, and also none of our other customers of the theme has mentioned this issue before.
A plugin conflict or code error can cause this type of issue.
So I would like you to follow these below steps to check the reason or the plugin causing the issue.
If you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to purge its cache contents and disable it.
De-active all your plugins.
Clear your browser history and visit your Appearance -> Customize to see if it works.
Re-activate back one plugin at a time.

If you have found a plugin that breaks your site.
You can double-check by activating only this plugin and deactivating all other plugins.
Visit your site and see if it works.
If it works, then it’s not a plugin conflict, it’s your server not having enough resources.
If it does not work, then you have found the plugin that’s causing conflict.
If you are still not successful then please give me your “wp-admin” site access I will look into the site and look for the reason for the issue.

The files are clean one I download them, but after I published them I start find unknown php files & folders, I delete them but they come back after some days, that means there is some script start running after installing. My admin password is complex, hosting server is from HostGator and I have 100+ websites with them and no one of them faces a problem like this !

Yes, our theme is RTL supported and also you can use both polylang and the loco translate plugin.
And in that section you mentioned it is not possible to add image but there is option to add the image by using it’s HTML on the info section
