Whenever I try to up upgrade to the latest version of Pearl, I get this message: “An error occurred while updating Pearl: Update package not available.” The same problem exists for WPBakery. When a new version is available, Pearl does not allow me to upgrade.

Please make sure that the Token key you used in the Product Registration tab is still active. If not, please try to generate a new token key and activate the theme once again.

First of all, you need to enable the Events and Single events in the Pearl > Theme Options > Post Types section.
After, you can navigate to the Events in the dashboard menu and add new event posts.

Did you enable the Single Event in the Pearl > Theme Options > Post Types > Events section?
If you did so, please go to the Settings > Permalinks section on the admin dashboard menu and resave the settings.

Hi, I have purchased the theme and enjoyed it. Now my support has expired and I see that all the features are also gone! What does this mean I have to renew the support for me to have all the feature again? If thats the case then this sounds like a subscription which should be highlighted right in the beginning when buying the theme.

Support license is linked to the Envato website only. It has no control over the theme source code and functionality.
If you are experiencing problems, that isn’t definitely due to your support license.
Please try to deactivate all the 3rd-party plugins and check the features once again.

Hello, I have a problem with Blog Posts Titles in Pearl theme. Titles are not showing properly. The second line of the each blog post title is overlapping with the first line. Especially if the title is somewhat longer then a few words. It looks very ugly. Please how to fix this?

Besides the global settings, there are individual settings for each post. So please disable the Title in the STM View Settings > Title Box section.

The theme has no control over the outgoing emails by default. The Contact Form 7 uses the native wp_mail() function of WordPress. Please make sure that the function is enabled on your server.

I purchased it and noticed that all the premium plugins are not active. I’ve read through the comments and notice that you keep mentioning: “All the plugins which are not free come under our Extended License, so you don’t need to pay for their license to use them.”
However, your website says that all these premium plugins come with the theme for $59. That’s the main reason I purchased the theme. The extended license costs $1600.
If its true that we cannot access the premium plugins on the standard license, then you are completely misleading your customers which is utterly disappointing.

You do not have to activate the premium plugins to use their features. All the premium plugins are included in the theme package. You can download them and install them.

There is no fix for the Sticky Logo in the recent update. Since the new version was in the pre-release stage, we couldn’t include additional bug fixes in that version.

I moved my website from 1 host to another. For some reason my header and footer font and background changed. When I go to fix these issues the changes don’t change. The menu font stays on the theme default and not the theme default I set up the actual original. Anyone know how I can fix my header and footer?
And to clarify, when I make changes to the header and footer in the theme panel the changes appear on my mobile but not on the desktop.

The theme has no control over the migration process. Please make sure that you properly migrated your website. In most cases, that kind of problem appears due to the theme and plugin features referring to the old website link. So please check your website for broken links.
