Recently renewed -extended support but my license is not yet activated … when i try to raise ticket for support in theme fusion its saying purchase code is invalid

Please make sure that you have registered all of your purchase codes within your support Dashboard as explained here > https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/register-for-support/#registerenvatocode
Thereafter, log in to the support account, navigate to the “Purchase Codes” tab, scroll down and click the “Recently Renewed? Apply Extension Now” button > https://d.pr/i/OcKpGa – this will ensure that purchase codes are validated and that will then be applied to your support account.

If you’re using the default header, you can enable cart for the menu under WP Dashboard → Avada → Global Options → WooCommerce → General WooCommerce page.

At the Register Your Website it now says that my purchase code is being used on another domain.
When entering the code, I’ve made sure I don’t have any extra spaces before or after the code. I have tried several times copying and pasting.
Why? And how? How do I continue?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually bind with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3KfFOoO

Hello, I have a problem in the header on large screen with the submenus – level 3.
They are going to the left instead of right.

There has been an issue for many many years. How do we remove the left right padding on mobile. It still looks horrible on blog and product widgets. Items are stuck in the middle with huge margins. setting everything to 000 and so does nothing

Hi, I am using Avada Version 3.9.4, the global setting can’t save, do you know why? Is this an easy fix? Should I purchase support extend?

We would suggest rather than using the API, you make use of the purchase code to register when the site is on 7x. Adding the API will prompt you to update directly from 3x to 7x (something which is not advisable). We need to do a stepped update from 3x ⇒ 4x ⇒ 5x ⇒ 7x. The update from 3x to 5x needs to be done via FTP

Hello there, I’m having troubles using any slider plug in beside avada slider. Basically no slider will show up on the homepage whenever I log out from my admin profile. What could be going wrong? I tried deactivating all plug ins and re activating them, I even tried deleting the cache, but nothing seems to be working.

The theme can not break on its own at all, can you please check if you had any 3rd party plugin(s) installed that could cause this issue, also please try clear your cache from plugin(s) one by one to see if any of them could be it, also please try reinstalling the latest version of Avada and both Avada core and Avada Builder plugin, if the issue persists please open a support ticket with our team further.

There is no specific way to hide a container via conditional logic for a specific page. You can rather use a custom CSS rule in the page builder CSS area of that specific page by giving the container a class name in the layout builder and then targeting it via the page (not the layout) builder’s CSS area

Hey there, I’m running a website Personal Injury Lawyer and bought one Avada license. However, all bigger upgrades to a website I always first try it locally on my PC. I noticed however I can not use your theme locally without also registering it there. How can I overcome this?? Need help regarding this.

Hi, Can I disable the Avada mega menu and use other 3rd party mega menu plugins, like: Max mega menu or Uber menu. I tried to use Max menu but there was no effect of it on my pages.

Mega menu can be disabled via Avada theme options and also via the menu items itself(via the menu options). As for third partly plugins, we have not tested them with Avada to guarantee 100% compatibility. However, Uber menu is used by several users who are using the Avada theme. You can also write to support and check for any setup related queries about the mega menu as the mega menu can use widgets which really makes it very flexible to add different type of content

I saw avada contains inbuilt caching system. Do we really need caching plugins like wp rocket plugin?

We offer built in CSS/JS compilers for performance / cache reasons however its still recommended to use a 3rd party cache plugin for additional performance boost. Optimal cache plugin settings vary from site to site so for best results there is some manual adjustment required for any cache plugin you choose. You can use any good cache plugin like WP Rocket, W3TC etc.
