Hello, (sorry, I use a translator program) I have purchased 14 Avada licenses and have never had a problem with registration. When a client asks me to change their template, I ALWAYS use a working domain. Once the website is finished, I transfer it to the company’s official domain. Today I found that the client’s website, in the company’s domain, cannot be registered because that code is already being used in another domain. That is not true, because the work domain is deleted, they do not contain anything. Please, how to solve this? Initially in the working domain, I have to enter the registration code, otherwise it is impossible to fully install Avada.

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3uugciB

Also if I want to enable Login and or Registration only via Facebook API and or the Google API does the theme supports it? By that I mean I won’t allow registration via the Wordpress API. I am using another plugin that adds that functionality on to the wp-login.php page. Thank you.

That depends on the WordPress and not theme, the login functionality is still controlled by WordPress so if you want to use any plugin to change that, you can certainly do that.

Can not to import demo. Always shows error: ”Demo import failed. Please check for PHP limits in red on the System Status page. Change those to the recommended value and try again.” But all limits are green. I don’t know what should I do else.

Hi, I’ve inherited a project build with Avada theme, but I see in backend that it’s an unregistered version. Is there a license key that I may ask from previous developer or how to sort this out?

If you do not see any registration field in the dashboard it could be due to using a pirated version of theme and you will actually need to purchase a proper license in order to get updates and our support, we suggest you to please reach out to the developer who worked on site and ask them of the purchase code, this is how they can get it => https://bit.ly/3rae7Gu

Hi, i try something and doesn’t make sense for me. I try to build the FAQ and i add question/answers via FAQ. But once i add this, is going on the FAQ page but is creating at the same time a ugly post, like blog post. FAQs are added as a custom post type so each time you add a new item, there’ll be a relevant single post page added for those. You can get in touch with our support and we can guide you about possible ways e.g. to make the links to single posts unclickable on the main FAQ page. So your users will stay on the main FAQ list. You also do not need to renew support for this.

Thereafter, log in to the support account, navigate to the “Purchase Codes” tab, scroll down and click the “Recently Renewed? Apply Extension Now” button > https://d.pr/i/OcKpGa – this will ensure that purchase codes are validated and that will then be applied to your support account.

At the Register Your Website it now says that my purchase code is being used on another domain.
When entering the code, I’ve made sure I don’t have any extra spaces before or after the code. I have tried several times copying and pasting.

There has been an issue for many many years. How do we remove the left right padding on mobile. It still looks horrible on blog and product widgets. Items are stuck in the middle with huge margins. setting everything to 000 and so does nothing

We would suggest rather than using the API, you make use of the purchase code to register when the site is on 7x. Adding the API will prompt you to update directly from 3x to 7x (something which is not advisable). We need to do a stepped update from 3x ⇒ 4x ⇒ 5x ⇒ 7x. The update from 3x to 5x needs to be done via FTP

Hello there, I’m having troubles using any slider plug in beside avada slider. Basically no slider will show up on the homepage whenever I log out from my admin profile. What could be going wrong?
