Hi, is it possible to allow the purchase of multiple membership packages? I need to set up the site so that the owner pays to publish the listing of their apartments, but with a deadline for each listing. Each package can have a duration of 1, 3 or 6 months and allows you to publish only one property. To post a new property the owner must purchase a new package for the duration he wishes. Or do you have something to suggest for my goal?

No, multiple membership packages are not possible. A person can only subscribe to a single membership package.
If the user has resources available in the previously subscribed package, then those resources will be kept along with the new package’s resources.
The Inspiry Membership plugin works according to what you have mentioned, so let us know if you have tried it.

Yes of course, this is the site https://kotainmo.com/ and the property ID 110 (here is the property page https://kotainmo.com/propiedad/piso-estacion-eibar-ref110/) but the worst is that it is not the only one, ther are other IDs with the same problem.

And if it is a RealHomes theme prior to version 3.9.0, from: Dashboard → Real Homes → Customize settings → Map, only the Google Maps API Key appears, but not the default location of the map, how can I change it? thank you

the site is not in use the front end is showing under construction. I want to keep it as i started a new but may be need to check until the new one is ready. Also new one in another subdomain. I am not sure what do you mean by fine. If we have to use it in two different sites i would not have wrote here. Please maintain our relations.

1. You can be the one to add properties if you don’t activate user registration.
2. Sorry, there is no feature to display the before and after images. However, you can use a plugin like Ultimate Before and After Image Slider & Gallery. Our team will be happy to properly help you integrate this in a new section on the property details page.
3. The property buying feature is not yet available in RealHomes. However, you can offer the users of your website to post property using any currency you will offer on your website.

Yes, you can translate Vacation Rental feature using Loco Translate plugin. The Spanish language pack, which is partially translated, is already included in the theme.

I feel very annoyed with support and the template, the truth is that I had never had a problem of this type in my template, build it has been a lot of effort and time so I had to learn many things to manage it and to solve problems that are solvable, but now it is out of hand, so I had a lot of time looking for a solution, cloning the page and endless things to solve the problem. This is because when I try to upload a new property I can not mark sell or rent, the sector or region where the property is located, put the featured image, none of this works, I deactivate the plugins that I was told were generating the bugs, clean the cache and even so the problem is not solved, it can not be and I find it very serious that already two years ago using the template and preparing the SEO of my website with a plugins that is not easy to use and tell me that it is a problem of that plugins and yet I deactivate it and the template still has problems, it is a plugins that is very important for a website and I can not consider leaving it disabled or delete it, I hope you can help me solve the problem that I’m more than a month and a half trying to fix it.

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. Secondly, the issue you are having is a general problem. Our support team has even replicated the problem with a default theme, so it means our theme does not generate the problem.
I recommend you set it up on a fresh WordPress installation and let us know if you experience the same problem there.

You must be using a very old version of RealHomes because Meta Box extension plugins were incorporated into RealHomes long ago.
Kindly disable these plugins (if installed separately) and then update the theme to its latest version to resolve any issues you are facing. You can consult this guide to perform the update process.
