Hello everyone, there is an Important notice on my old website: “You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.” But when I click on Open Designs Options buttons I have another error on white page: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” What can i do? Some bug report: i use bulgaria language for my site, after upload bg_BG po and mo files on theme options have a blank screen (don’t see options) if I remove the bulgaria language files theme options returns.

Hey There, i downloaded the agency demo theme and made a new slider with slider revolution and put it on the startpage via shortcode (background transparent) . Somehow i have the stars animation and background in my new slider too.
How can i delete the animation and use the background that is already existent in wp bakery? If the background of the slider is transparent, it should normally use the wp bakery background. Or am i wrong here?

I purchased this theme and used it in only 1 live website. I need to enable the license in my local development environment to get the full features but removed the license from the local site after moving to the live site. But I can’t activate the license in my local development environment or any other live environment even though I have another copy of the license left.

your activation system is messed up---theme activated at https://license-manager.codex-themes.com/...but in the installation this msg “You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key.” The product is not working and I don’t get an answer via support, this is urgent, your activation system is messed up and I’m losing so much time.

Hello, I have updated the TheGEM theme and all related and necessary plugins. After that, the wordpress backend (-> critical error) and the website was no longer accessible. The reason for this is the update of “TheGem Theme Elements (for WPBakery)”. As soon as this plugin is updated, the website is no longer accessible. As a quick fix, I would have put the old version of the plugin back in, but then Slider Revolution no longer works. I have already bought a total of 4 licences and the affected website is lopas.at. Hi, how do I report a bug and how long would it take to get fixed? Installed is the Elementor version with demo template Gym. The sidebar is showing raw code “vc_row css=”.vc_custom_ ..” and ends with “/gem_quote[/vc_row]” instead of the results as shown on your demo.

We’re using your theme for our platform on the live domain and it’s working fine. Now, we have set up the same in our local machine and while activating the theme in the local environment it says “This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key for this installation. In case of any questions please”
Even though we have only one active prod and no other environment is active, it does not allow us to activate it.

We are getting an error in our admin saying that “The purchase code you have entered is not valid” TheGem has not been activated. The purchase code is the one we got from ThemeForest when we download the license certificate and purchase code. I tried opening a ticket via your support channels, however get an error there because the license is more than 6 months old so it prevents me from asking a question. Can we please get some help with this… I understand that the license is more than 6 months old, but we shouldn’t be getting the error stating that the code is invalid when it’s the correct code.

Thank you. Apologies for that oversight. We’ve purchased another license but still can’t get the original license code to apply to the original website. I’ve emailed you a week ago but not heard back. I sent another follow up email just now, but thought I’d reply here too in the hopes you see it and can resolve this for us now.
Can we please get this sorted asap? I’ve tried reaching out a number of times, have purchased the additional license but it seems like our first license is locked and can’t be applied to the website we want it assigned to.
