Hello Spider Themes, Posting here since my question in your helpdesk is not visible. Firstly, at the outset, easydocs looks much better than wedocs, thank you. Just upgraded few hours back.

Have few issues and appreciate if you could help.

When trying to Activate the Docy core plugin – I get the following message:

Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to create more than 2 levels of documentation in weDocs? I mean subpages of subpages. Our team needs one more.

I’m also having major issues with this 2.0 update, similar to rhgteam.

1. It seems like you aren’t licensing your own Eazydocs plugin within the theme – so it keeps asking for an additional $30 purchase.

2. Since it isn’t licensed, it locks out most of the basic customization features that were present in version 1.8.

3. Some of the layout options have been reworked, but I’ve noticed a couple glitches. The most prominent is the positioning of the breadcrumbs when the search banner is disabled.

Can you provide a zipped copy of version 1.8 so I can roll back my installation until the issues are resolved?

In the single forum table there is text “Topic” with that chat icon. Where I can change that “topic” name translation. In which php file it is?

Why your demo is docs/docs/... is it possible to remove it, and put the child docs inside like onepage. I found many people asking from December 2021.

Hello Team, I have installed the WP 5.9.3 and later installed docy theme using the upload theme option from Appearance>>Theme. The system said Installation was completed. When I Activate the Docy them I get an error the site does not come up. The error I get is “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

Please help resolve the issue

About updates – I received two emails about new updates, one on the 28th and one today. But I do not see any update notification in my wordpress admin or in the history of changes in the theme details page in themeforest. Could you please share some insights into these updates and why we are not getting update notification. ACF PRO updates – as per my conversation via your helpdesk, I realize that the ACF pro updates will be available from your server. Could you please help in how we can get it updated. Thanks.
