Hello Team, I actually meant by customization like layout, design, title edits. How do I change those in WooCommerce Product – Brand.
Product – brands – edit. You can find near 10 custom areas there. If you want more complex changes, it’s possible via core customization. Unfortunately you have no active support so we can’t help with this.

We can add verified badge if post has definite number of thumbs
Thanks for suggestion but it’s not relate to the number of thumbs. It’s relate to The case where we manually verify the offer or coupon code then we can add the badge at the time of editing or publishing the post.
and what is value for user if admin can mark all coupons as verified?
This has no value but I am the sole admin of my site and I do not want to mislead users with false info. Now if I want to show verified badge then how that can be achieved? Is it possible to show this with publish time and expiry value on the single coupon list at the store archive?

I updated my website with the very last version of your theme and now i cannot edit my pages with Elementor. Elementor is loading without end and I cannot edit anything. I had increase wp memory limit but nothing changes

The Comparison table block has the option to add unlimited custom columns, but why can’t you add rows

About your question. Yes – it’s 3d which are rendered as video. Greenshift has also 3d model viewer which can be used to show real 3d graphic in glb format. But currently, this format doesn’t support mesh animation export so video and image sequence is the only way to do such animations

We are finalising our project and would be happy to purchase our own licence if we can be assured that the theme is supporting an Auction Timer Clock.
We are using Dokan with a Simple Auctions Module, but the timer does not show on any single product page or anywhere else, which makes the site unusable. Can you please advise if this is possible without major customisation development? Or if the timer clock should display in default and we likely haveing an error?

I think it was supported last time I checked this. Which inner product layout do you use? And did you check on default Wordpress theme?
Hi, Thank you so much for the reply. Currently, Product layout Full-width Advance is used and the auction timer didn’t work with a default theme.
if it didn’t work with default theme, then, I guess, your plugin has no support for timer. Can you contact with author and ask why it doesn’t have timer on default theme?

We are using a Multivendor Marketplace plugin called Dokan Pro, with an Auctions Module that needs to be enabled via Dokan. The Auction Module is available separately as WooCommerce Simple Auctions.
We have contacted the plugin developers(Dokan) who said that the feature is provided by WC Simple Auctions and that they only provide integration. They suggested testing themes and going from there.
We are happy to provide the plugin for your kind attention.

We have investigated this issue deeply and it appears that Rehub may not support the Woocommerce Simple Auctions, hence the timer clock does not show.
You mentioned that there may be a solution and you can fix it, can we kindly ask for your support?

Ok, We previously explained that we use a licence bought for us by a developper we do not work with anymore. It’s an official licence.
We wanted to make sure that Rehub does support WooCommerce Auctions before repurchasing. We will now go ahead and purchase it with keeping in mind that if it is not fit for purpose we will request a refund. Thanks

Please explain one thing. You mentioned that when you switch to default Wordpress theme also doesn’t show counter, so, why do you write that it’s only problem with Rehub?
The single product page is coming from WooCommerce and the Auction time is coming from the WooCommerce Simple Auction plugin. To make sure that Dokan has got nothing to do with it, I deactivated the Dokan and Dokan Pro plugins. The problem still persists. That means the issue has got nothing to do with Dokan. It seems that the theme may have no support for showing the auction timer coming from WooCommerce Simple Auction.
Here is your previous reply: If it works with the default theme, it must work in the Rehub theme also. If not – we can fix this if you provide a plugin for us. But before this, please, contact the author first. Maybe their plugin has no timer or you didn’t enable it.
We have explored all options and we would like to check options to solve this issue with you guys.

So, this means that timer is not available in your Auction plugin or you didn’t enable it in settings. Because if it’s available, it must be visible in default wordpress theme. First of all, please, contact with author of plugin. Describe them the problem, also mention that timer is not working also with default wordpress theme. Get back to me with answer
So we went through this already.
I had a reply from Dokan support today that it is not an issue with them, I have explained this earlier. They deactivated their plugins, and all plugins, and this didn’t fix the problem.
WooCommerce Simple Auctions are integrated via Dokan Module and do not come as a separate plugin.
We also tested another paid similar theme called iBid. The timer clock shows in default using iBid theme.
There is no activation of the timer clock needed needed.

Enable default Wordpress theme twenty twenty one. Check timer. If it’s not visible, write to author of Auction plugin (not Dokan) and ask why timer is not visible on default Wordpress theme and what is required for their plugin to show timer

I am sorry about the confusion. It comes from the fact that The Auction Plugin comes with Dokan, it is not installed separately and needs to be enabled via Dokan settings.
I will contact them anyway as per your advice.
In the meantime do you have an idea why the timer is showing on a different iBid theme just by activating it, but not on a default theme or Rehub?

Yes, Dokan integrated Simple Auctions into their software and offered it as a paid module that needed to be enabled via Dokan settings.
And we use the Dokan Pro Plugin and Simple Auctions Module via Dokan. Auction plugin is not installed separately.

I checked your site. Issue is not related to theme, it’s related to Auction plugin itself. I checked on all default themes including Storefront which is used to test bugs of plugins and it has the same problem.
Counter is available on page but it’s not visible because of js error. You need to contact with author of Woocommerce auction and send them next error code

1. We didnt test it. But we provide own import addon for feeds
2. Why not? Theme has no limites what you add to category, howere there is no definite location taxonomy in theme, but we provide support for Geo my wordpress plugin and you can import real location
3. As I wrote, we provide import addon, so, you can use any xml or csv feeds in theme
I don’t know what’s wrong but after updating to 5.9.3, i can’t edit any of the post either it’s built with elementor or default builder as well as can’t edit draft post, or published post, when i am clicking the edit button, its showing blank white page, and that’s it.
