if it didn’t work with default theme, then, I guess, your plugin has no support for timer. Can you contact with author and ask why it doesn’t have timer on default theme?

In the mentime, I’ll take it tat the auction timer is fully compatibile with Rehub? I have not been able to find any notes regarding it in your documentation so just wanted to check.

We are using a Multivendor Marketplace plugin called Dokan Pro, with an Auctions Module that needs to be enabled via Dokan. The Auction Module is available separately as WooCommerce Simple Auctions.

We have contacted the plugin developers(Dokan) who said that the feature is provided by WC Simple Auctions and that they only provide integration. They suggested testing themes and going from there.

We are happy to provide the plugin for your kind attention.

We have investigated this issue deeply and it appears that Rehub may not support the Woocommerce Simple Auctions, hence the timer clock does not show.

You mentioned that there may be a solution and you can fix it, can we kindly ask for your support?

This would enable us to continue using Rehub.

Ok, We previously explained that we use a licence bought for us by a developper we do not work with anymore. It’s an official licence.

We wanted to make sure that Rehub does support WooCommerce Auctions before repurchasing. We will now go ahead and purchase it with keeping in mind that if it is not fit for purpose we will request a refund. Thanks

The single product page is coming from WooCommerce and the Auction time is coming from the WooCommerce Simple Auction plugin. To make sure that Dokan has got nothing to do with it, I deactivated the Dokan and Dokan Pro plugins. The problem still persists. That means the issue has got nothing to do with Dokan. It seems that the theme may have no support for showing the auction timer coming from WooCommerce Simple Auction.

I didn’t write about Dokan. I wrote about theme. Please activate default Wordpress theme twenty twenty one and check if you have timer

So, this means that timer is not available in your Auction plugin or you didn’t enable it in settings. Because if it’s available, it must be visible in default wordpress theme. First of all, please, contact with author of plugin. Describe them the problem, also mention that timer is not working also with default wordpress theme. Get back to me with answer

So we went through this already.

I had a reply from Dokan support today that it is not an issue with them, I have explained this earlier. They deactivated their plugins, and all plugins, and this didn’t fix the problem.

WooCommerce Simple Auctions are integrated via Dokan Module and do not come as a separate plugin.

We also tested another paid similar theme called iBid. The timer clock shows in default using iBid theme.

There is no activation of the timer clock needed needed.

Enable default Wordpress theme twenty twenty one. Check timer. If it’s not visible, write to author of Auction plugin (not Dokan) and ask why timer is not visible on default Wordpress theme and what is required for their plugin to show timer

I am sorry about the confusion. It comes from the fact that The Auction Plugin comes with Dokan, it is not installed separately and needs to be enabled via Dokan settings.

I will contact them anyway as per your advice.

In the meantime do you have an idea why the timer is showing on a different iBid theme just by activating it, but not on a default theme or Rehub?

Yes, Dokan integrated Simple Auctions into their software and offered it as a paid module that needed to be enabled via Dokan settings.

And we use the Dokan Pro Plugin and Simple Auctions Module via Dokan. Auction plugin is not installed separately.
