Hi.

I am having two problems in my web :

1) To insert a confirmation field in the form of my web https://escuelagaia.es/#contactar

After checking Avadas tutoriales, I think that I can’t use a classical confirmation field with a link into it.

I have use a Checkbox field but the internal field does not allow to add and link tag to the page, only add the URL.

Please, could you tell me how to add this confirmation field to allow the user to sent the form and with a text that includes the link to legal notice?

2) Problem with URLs in top menu and footer menu

As you can see in 404 pages like https://escuelagaia.es/contactar, the links in the top and footer menus are wrong.

They don´’t link correctly, becuse the page add the fuell URL +section (https://escuelagaia.es/contactar#quienes-somos) instead the base URL https://escuelagaia.es/#quienes-somos, https://escuelagaia.es/#servicios.

I don’t know it is added the ”#contactar” to the URL and how to delete this from the menu in 404 pages.

When I tried to applied the 1) point I could’nt get what I need, the checkbox and the text with the link are displayed in a wrong way.

My support period expirated but I only need to do this, so, could be possible to fix this for me?

I don’t really understand the way to add a checkbox (without the label “option”) and next the text correctly also next to the checkbox.

Could you contact me in our email to send the access data and fix this to display properly and also learn how exactly I will have to do in future Avada contact form configurations with other templates we have. I could send you capture images with the way I used to create nested columns and checkbox/text + link.

Im using Avada on several pages.
With the layout feature i set a indivdiual search page with an archives widget as the video mentioned. But unfortunataley “nothing found message” is default. It says “Please add blog posts for them to display here” even when i edit the textfield.

Product Registration needs an update, but when clicking “Update Registration” the content of the backend is blank. So no chance to update registration and update avada itself. strange

So we wanted to get a refund here then repurchase the theme on their personal account. We have already built a whole site with this theme and we really love it! May we have a refund? Hi, I am trying to add a lottie file (json) using the Avada Element Lottie Animation. In the admin (logged in) view I am able to see the page. But if I logout the page is blank? Anything additional to be done?

I have set different triggers to see if any of them work but it did not.

Yes you can setup multi step forms with conditional display in Avada forms. So next set of fields show based on values in other fields. Please see details here.

2- Yes, you can allow uploads of select file formats like that.

3- Uploaded files are saved to your WordPress uploads folder.

hELLO, I’ve bought the avada theme and I’ve a purchase code. Due to a hacker attack, I had to reinstall the whole site twice. This would be the third time I re-install everything … the domain is always the same but the purchase code is no longer recognized. and I don’t have the possibility to open a ticket because the code is already in use. is there the possibility of still being able to use avada, regularly purchased or do I have to change in spite of myself?thanks in advance

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3Ldo2mB

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

So yes, you can definitely use the same license again on another domain if the other domain is not live anymore.

Hello, I have a website, which I work in local and production … I installed the locally purchased theme, could I move it to production? Another doubt, I have 2 other websites that I want to install Avada and each one is in local and in production … there is some way to buy once added to work locally and pass it to production. Each license allows usage of the theme on one product/test install + one live installation. For additional live installs, additional licenses are required.

As for moving the test/local site to production once complete – you can check out the Duplicator plugin as it lets you backup/export the site and import on a second installation when needed – or check with your hosting company for other options.
