Hi, i want to buy avada but i have questions. 1- Can i make multi-step form with Avada Form Builder ? 2- do upload file option allow pdf, xls, jpeg, doc in form ? 3- Are the upload files stored in the database or only text data?
Hi,
Yes you can setup multi step forms with conditional display in Avada forms. So next set of fields show based on values in other fields. Please see details here.
2- Yes, you can allow uploads of select file formats like that.
3- Uploaded files are saved to your WordPress uploads folder.
Avada is a one time $60 purchase good for use on a single website. You get free updates for life. You can use Avada on one site by using it on any good WordPress hosting (you’d need to buy your WordPress hosting). Avada also comes with 60 premade demos/sites so you can import any of those and build from there.
- The Avada WordPress theme is purchased via the Themeforest marketplace here, and it is a one-off cost and not recurring > http://bit.ly/2HyNfIU
- You will also receive free theme updates for life
- You will gain access to all of the Avada demos -> https://avada.theme-fusion.com/
- Avada Quick Start Guide -> https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/knowledgebase/quick-start/

Hi
Your current comment is flagged due to an external link. Please do find a screenshot of your comment here
1) I am afraid we do not have multistep form option for now
2) Yes, you can export the form DB
3) I am afraid do not follow your query
Thank you, Shaminder
Hello @technosphere
We have flagged your comment as it contained external links however here is your original comment => https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4u7EgN6
1. The multistep form design is not a possibility right now I am afraid. 2. Yes, you can export the form entries in a .csv format. 3. I am not sure what do you mean by managing here?
Thanks

hELLO, I’ve bought the avada theme and I’ve a purchase code. Due to a hacker attack, I had to reinstall the whole site twice. This would be the third time I re-install everything … the domain is always the same but the purchase code is no longer recognized. and I don’t have the possibility to open a ticket because the code is already in use. is there the possibility of still being able to use avada, regularly purchased or do I have to change in spite of myself?thanks in advance
Hello @sabri71
With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3Ldo2mB
Let us know if that helps
Thanks

hi, i want to buy the theme and install it in a subdomain i am using to train. when i am ready to build my site, can i use it on the site i have to build or can i use my license only on the first site where i install it? thanks
Hello @vitalemarika66
Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.
So yes, you can definitely use the same license again on another domain if the other domain is not live anymore.
For more information please check the Envato regular license definitions here → http://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Thanks

Hi! I registered my theme in my temp-location where I was building the site before moving to production. Now I am unable to register it again on the live site. How can I remove the registration in the temp-location and use my license in the correct live-environment?
Hi
You can unregister the current site. In order to unregister a code from a site, you need to log into your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/ Once you are logged in, please click on the “Register purchase code” tab, Screenshot here. Here you will see an option to unregister any purchase code added to a site, Screenshot here. Once unregistered, the purchase code can be used once again

You are most welcome
Can I use the template many times for multiple domains? Or do I have to pay every time I use the template?
Hi,
Avada is a one time $60 purchase – good for use on a single website/project. You get free updates for life.
One license is required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on a second website than an additional license is required.
For more info on licensing, please see our post here.

hi guys, Is there a possibility to upgrade starting from older versions? I have a version 5.9.1, but when i want to upgrade to the latest version the site brakes. So I suppose I should upgrade one version at a time.
Hello @Neverlanders
Yes, you can definitely update from 5.9.1 upto 7.7.1 or even from older ones, however what you will need to do in this case is follow our document post on step update here => https://bit.ly/3vc1BIN

Hello, I have a website, which I work in local and production … I installed the locally purchased theme, could I move it to production? Another doubt, I have 2 other websites that I want to install Avada and each one is in local and in production … there is some way to buy once added to work locally and pass it to production. Thank you, Noemí
Hi,
Each license allows usage of the theme on one product/test install + one live installation. For additional live installs, additional licenses are required.
Avada is a one time $60 purchase – good for use on a single website/project. You get free updates for life.
One license is required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on a second website than an additional license is required.
For more info on licensing, please see our post here.
As for moving the test/local site to production once complete – you can check out the Duplicator plugin as it lets you backup/export the site and import on a second installation when needed – or check with your hosting company for other options.
Thank you. – Abbas
Y no podemos operar.

“Update failed: Connection lost or the server is busy. Please try again later.”
Apparently the new update for Avada is breaking websites all over the place and ThemeForest isn’t kind enough to simply publish the solution. For one of my clients, who I have used Avada for without issue, this time around the update ambushed us with half an update.
The builder updated fine, but the core update went on forever, spawning several errors that appear to be related to an inability to connect to Avada’s servers to complete the update. That has rendered the Avada Builder plugin “inactive” which of course trashes the website.
So while Avada has been a reliable tool despite a few bumps along the way, which are ALWAYS related to updates, this time it appears updating to the newest version demands strict pre-backup protocol. You should be backing up anyways, not that this will fix the current issue which also appears to be trashing site performance.
Beyond the inability to update Avada Core the side “crap show” is at least in this site’s case, it is unresponsive and simple actions cause it to time out.
So it appears ThemeFusion and Envato will squeeze an additional update funding out of us so we can task ThemeFusion to fix what should not require fixing.
(Now I am looking at a “white screen of death” for the front page, thank you very much ThemeFusion. Now how about fixing your server issues? I should not have to pay for that to work.)

Hi there
The Avada update released several days ago is not breaking sites all over, otherwise, our support would be seeing support tickets along these lines, and right now we are not.
This message “Update failed: Connection lost or the server is busy. Please try again later.” is not related to the actual update process, it is server-related.
If you cannot submit a support ticket for some reason or refuse to renew your support, you can contact us directly via this contact form https://bit.ly/2NJoU51 – and we will gladly assist you.

Avada server obviously came back up or at least stopped timing out. Per the ThemeFusion community forums, this update is causing issues. Also, the server error reported is copy and paste from the Avada Server Status check. The only problem I had was your server being down. $42 plus a service fee to renew support for a server issue? I have serviced clients that have used Avada for over ten years and own a couple of licenses. I know to clear all the caches, including Avada’s, any browser and on occasion, those servers that allow it, but this was a server issue which thankfully resolved shortly after my initial post. Thanks for fixing that.
Hello @SacWPGuru
There was never a server issue on our end, however we are glad to hear that your issue has been resolved, in any case if you can contact us via the link given above in comment.

Very nice update 7.7.1! Good job! https://webtailors.gr
We’re glad to hear you like our new update!
Thank you for choosing Avada.
Hi guys, I updated Avada theme to version 7.7.1 on my dev site, update Avads Core and Avada Builder plugins and it broke the site. It was working just fine till this morning and I did not make any other edits to the site. Are you aware of any bugs with your latest update?
Hi there
Make sure that you have followed the update instructions, AND make sure that you have cleared any cache plugins you are running after the update. This is important.

The plugins which comes with Avada such as rev slider, layer slider, etc; will i get to update them when those plugin releases newer versions? Or does it come with a separate license

Yes, you’ll get future updates to the bundled plugins and updates can be installed from Avada -> Plugins page in the dashboard.

Is there a simple straight forward way to turn an Avada website into an app and then post it on the Google Play Store ? Thx
Hi
I am afraid there is no such feature within the theme that allows that.
Thank you, Shaminder
Hi, yesterday I bought an Avada license, I need to open a support ticket, but “renew support now” doesn’t appear beside my purchase. Could you help me?
HI there
Please make sure that you have registered all of your purchase codes within your support Dashboard as explained here > https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/register-for-support/#registerenvatocode
Please log in to the support account, navigate to the “Purchase Codes” tab, scroll down and click the “Recently Renewed? Apply Extension Now” button > https://d.pr/i/OcKpGa – this will ensure that purchase codes are validated and that will then be applied to your support account.
Thank you, MB
Hello.
After upgrade to Avada Version 7.7.1, it generates this error at menu editor:

Good morning, we have noticed that rel=”noreferrer” attribute is automatically added to blank links. Is it possible to remove it? How?
We kindly await your answer. Thank you.
Hi
This is added by WordPress itself and you would see the same behaviour on a default theme. To disable this you will need custom code or a plugin

I purchased my avada theme years ago and my support has expired a long time ago as well. Now I changed the domain that used my avada license, but it won’t let me register to a new website. My old site doesn’t exist anymore. How can I change it so it connects with my new website?
Hi,
For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).
