A pre-sale question:
1. You have sidebar filter widgets available ranged by price, color and size. Can I ADD NEW filter attribute or MODIFY these available filter attributes, eg, change ‘color’ to ‘product type’, and change ‘size’ to ‘brand’ or ‘specifications’?
2. Under each category page on the side bar, can I display subcategories only to the sidebar instead to display mixed category and subcategories? On the demo, it displayed on the right side of the page, can I display it on left side as well?
3. Based on demo, the side bar with filter options currently is displayed on the category page. On multi-product page, it only displayed the category list without filters on the left sidebar. Can I make the side bar with filter attributes to display on multi-products page, as well and on either side of the page?

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress 
1. Those filters are coming from the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin, you can create your own product attributes like product type, size, and specification and use those attributes as filters for those places.
2. You can use the “Product Categories” element, and set it using the Widget options as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/jwCm4LrN and yes you can display the sidebar as right or left as per your requirements.
3. That filter sidebar can only show and work on Shop/Category and Sub Categories pages. This is the default functionality.

For some reason this theme hides all page titles on regular pages. Checked the settings over and over again, even on page level. I see there are settings for posts, but not for pages. When I check in code I see title is there, but it’s inline displayed as none. Also it’s a h2 tag instead of an h1…

Ok then please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin URL and Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
