Hi There, I have to update my Avada Plugin but I can’t seem to get it to work, is there a new version that we need to purchase? I ask because is it not worth purchasing the new Avada Core and I get support with that? ir just the 42 and the plugin update is free?

Hello,

I have been using Avada for a while now and haven’t had to ask for support once until now. Now suddenly its saying my purchase code is already registered on another domain and I am no longer able to use it for my website. I have however never had another domain so I am unsure which domain it would be registered on. Also when checking within theme forest it says it is registered to the domain I am currently using. My support ran out 2 years ago and I am a bit unsure about paying 42 Dollars for this single question, which feels like its a system flaw, as I havent used it in the past years since owning Avada. If you are unable to help me how bad is it to keep using it unregistered?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3w3Kx8m

I just extended support for my Avada, but when trying to submit a ticket I just get error: “Your support period has expired, to reactivate it please extend/renew your Envato item support as explained here”.

How do I fix this asap please?

Salutations. When I upload a 200kb photo it is scaled to 40kb. In fact it loses quality. How do I turn off Avada’s SCALED photo system? in the PERFORMANCE-> OPTIMIZATION section the quality is set to 100

I want to report a bug, the add to cart button is not working in your latest update 7.7.1. Before it was working fine but today when i chdeck the website and try to add the product by clickiing on add to cart button on single product page, its not working. Can I Transfer “Item Purchase Code:” to one domain to another domain ..??

A single purchase code can be use only on a single live site. If for some reason you have your previous site delete or it is no longer using Avada, then you can transfer it to another site by unregistered the domain from your support account and the applying it on your other domain

Hi! I ve avada, wpml and acf. I ve english as main. I ve created a gallery custom field with acf to a post type. Is possible that all the gallery images are taken from the main language? I use the avada gallery element with acf field as source. Thanks

Now it works but only is applying the masonry layout in the main language… Dont know if this can be solved by your technics.

Lightbox opens on back button:

For example – You go to a project page from your portfolio page. The project page has an image gallery that opens in a lightbox. You check out the images and then you close the lightbox. Now, you would like to go back to the portfolio to select a different project and you click the back button on your browser or on your mouse.

What will happen? Instead of going back to the portfolio page, the lightbox of the project page will pop up again.

This is because when you open the lightbox it actually generates a new URL for each image you look at. The browser thinks that this is a whole different page, so by clicking back it brings you to the last URL you visited, in this case a lightbox image.

I’ve seen such lightbox behaviour in Avada only and it’s really frustrating.

Can this be changed?

That is default behavior for Lightbox images. If you want to disable it, you can disable deeplinking under Avada Options -> Lightbox tab.

For that you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.

There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

Hi! Your theme looks great! I need to use the Events Calendar. It says your theme is compatible with it, but in the previews and information I don’t find any elements to use for the Events. How is your theme compatible for Events?

Compatible plugins like the Events Calendar will display theme styling/colors etc e.g. notice how the events page shows here in one of our prebuilt sites:

The overall overs content/organizers etc can be still be edited from the Events plugin’s specific fields when editing an event. And yes, the main event content can be edited in our page builder.

If there are issues, I’d recommend giving WooCommerce a shot as that is the most popular e-commerce plugin for WordPress and we ensure full integration / compatibility with that.

I bought Avada in 2013, so I should have Grandfathered support, but my account says that its expired. When I try to register my code in my old themefusion account (denis@vidigal.com.br) it says that its already in use, but I pretty sure I never registered before (already tested other emails).

I only need support to unregister my old domain (already deleted) and use Avada in a new domain. I’m stuck, I need support !

Anyway, even with support expired, you guys should give CLIENTS a way to contact and ask for help. I’m really disappointed that there are no contact option…
