I bought a theme license 1 year ago and I am using it on my site. After a long time, today I encountered an activation error even though I have a license.
When I enter the license code, I get the answer that it is defined for a different site that belongs to me, but that site has not been active for a very long time and the license was never entered into it. I think there was a mistake, can you help me with this?

I have 2 questions for a decision making.
- Is it possible to disable homepage feature to slide (swipe left right) on mobile? without using elementor (using code is welcome). https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-minimal-simple-magazine/- Are you have a plan to use gutenberg editor to replace WPBakery and Elementor in the future? Hello team i have a serious issue. I cant login to my wordpress backend there is a black screen message that says Oops, We can’t detect your purchases. Please update your purchase code to continue. I hope this is from you and not malware , i try added my code and then it says This license key has been registered for the domain: https://32300013126142895.blog.com.gr please buy a new license. This was my temprary domain before i went live and domain became enimeromenospolitis.gr. What happened suddenly and locked me out??? Please help asap

Before you move your site from the staging site to the main site, you should revoke the license for your staging site via Dashboard > Soledad > Theme License to make sure the license can be used on another domain. In this case, I’ve revoked the license to help you with your staging domain. You can activate the theme again on the main domain now.

Theme customisation doesn’t work.
