Hi friends, is it possible for the “Gallery” element to show on greyscale and when you rollover show the image in colors? Currently I see that this is only applies to the complete gallery and not only one photo. Thanks.

I want to activate this license on a website of mine but it says the license has been already activated. I’m not sure if or when I used my license but I never had any commercial projects and all the themes I’ve purchased are for personal (localhost) projects. I currently don’t have this theme/license installed on any website, and want to be able to use the same license I purchased since I never used it and the previous activations (if any) was/were definitely for test purpose.

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.

We will recommend you to try the following first and see if that helps.
1. Please completely remove Avada, Avada Core and Avada Builder.
2. Disable all your 3rd party plugin(s).
3. Reinstall latest version of Avada 7.7.1 again from scratch.

Hey. What is the correct SEO way of using H1? On a couple of my Avada pages I use H1 on one single title. But that title has a large, medium and small version for responsiveness, as I use different font sizes on that title depending on the screen format. Yet Google, Bing and Yoast don’t see that it is for large, medium and small screen and I therefore get three H1’s. Bing won’t even index the pages with that error. Should I set two of them to H2? But if I do on for instance small screen version, won’t that affect the mobile version seo?

You can use our new conditional element rendering feature (e.g. in Container settings) which’ll only print out the relevant h1 tags as well as any other content on the specific screen sizes.

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3LAyPqe

I have installed Avada Theme in one domain, but I’ve decided to change the domain to a better one. Then I have unistalled it and I have installed in another domain. But when I’ve tried to register the theme I’ve received the following message: The purchase code is already being used on another domain. Can you help me, please? (Item ID: 2833226)

You can buy Avada and change change the theme from storefront to Avada. WooCommerce will work well with Avada however styling would be different. We have not really tested the printful plugin to advise on its compatibility

Our Avada registration says “Your product is already registered, so you have access to the Avada demos, auto theme updates and included premium plugins. ”. Although, our theme is stuck at version:: 5.9.1, Fusion Builder Version 1.9.1, and Fusion Core 3.9.1, with no update option. Do you know how we can fix this ?

Thanks again. I went to https://bit.ly/3lfmn4L and did not find a solution. But, I went to the Avada Dashboard/System Status and found that “Check ThemeFusion Server Status” says ” Tested API is working properly.”, but “Check Envato Server Status” gives an error “Something went wrong while checking API status. Response code: 0. An API token is required.” and “O:8:WP_Error API token is required.”;}}s:10:”error_data”;a:0:{}s:18:”*additional_data”;a:0:{}}”. I have my Envato token. Do you know how I can add it back to Avada ? I see that this problem has happened to several other people, but no mention of where to put the token back.
