1. There was some explicit max-width CSS defined on the Search Bar which is why the space was appearing: https://postimg.cc/s1JpG8nJ
So, we have removed that and now the Search covers the whole space.
2. To deactivate the Sticky Header on your Site, you need to edit your Header with the Page Builder active on your Site > under the editor > click on the Section to edit (which is showing Sticky on your Site) > under the Section edit, open the Riode Settings tab > under that you can turn off Sticky Content toggle button and you are good to go: https://postimg.cc/Z05Lcwtx
For now, we have removed the Sticky Header from your Site too.

When you install a theme and activate, it then shows a yellow banner to install recommended plugins. If there is a plugin you don’t want to install in the list, the banner remains until you click on “dismiss notice”. In this case, it will not. I have the theme on local at the moment, will have to wait until later for screen shots.
I found this in the forum showing the “dismiss” option for plugins, that’s the one that wont dismiss

I am sorry but I don’t think that relates to our theme, can you please check it once by activating the default WP theme like twenty twenty-two, just to make sure that the issue is only with our theme or with WP, If the issue will persist then it means it is not our theme issue and you should have to contact WordPress support for it.

Its coming from the theme, I already tested that. This theme clearly cannot be used without woocommerce.

We are really Sorry for the inconvenience but it seems that you have misunderstood the Theme.
As the Riode Theme name highlights “Multi-Purpose WooCommerce Theme”. So, this Theme is actually based on WooCommerce that’s why all it’s Demos has Shop and Category pages and without WooCommerce you won’t be able to proceed further that’s why you were seeing the prompt notice to Install the WooCommerce Plugin on your Site.
So, in order to be able to use the Riode Theme you’ll need to install the WooCommerce Plugin.

Could you please sort out your auto updates for Riode Core, this message appears everytime I want to update it – “Your purchase code is temporarily blocked because of connection limit to API server”. – when I email support they’re asking for my website login details instead of just unblocking my purchase code…

Sorry for the inconvenience but it seems that there is some issue at the Server end. Try deactivating your Theme License once by going to the Dashboard > Riode > License and then reactivate it from the same location and then try to update your Riode Core plugin. Hopefully, you won’t face the issue again.

Riode Core is the required plugin and you have to Install and Activate it to using the theme, so please go to Riode >> Theme License and deactivate the theme from there and then again activate the theme with same purchase code and then try to Install the plugin from Appearance >> Install Plugins, I am sure you will not face the issue and if yes then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out.

Please try to change the website link from HTTP TO HTTPS
For this open your site WP Admin Dashboard and Navigate to Setting >> General and change the WordPress website URL from http:// yourwebiste.com to https://yourwebiste.com
OR
The second way to change this is, Navigate to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New.
Search for a Really simple SSL plugin in the new plugin search directory and install and activate it.
After Installation click on the top of the dashboard, you will see the notification showing below and you have to click on go-ahead button and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Yes, you can do it.
But first, you have to deactivate the Theme License under the Dashboard >> Riode >> License from the main site and then activate the same License on your Test or Staging Site on the same location and then vice versa for the main and final Site again and you are good to go with this.

To hide the Newsletter Popup for the time being on your Site using your Page Builder. You need to edit your Popup with the Page Builder you are using on your Site > there you’ll see a diamond shaped icon called Riode Settings, click on that > under that open the Display Condition > under the Display Condition, you can remove the Condition defined and the Popup will be hidden from your Site.

We are Sorry for the inconvenience but there isn’t an option available in the Theme to disable the AJAX. So, this will eventually require Customization and we at this platform provided dedicated Support related to Theme Options related issues only.
Moreover, the Theme file responsible for the My Account page in the Theme is as follows:
wp-content/themes/riode/woocommerce/myaccount/my-account.php
You can check and customize it yourselves accordingly.

Sorry for the inconvenience as there isn’t a direct option available to hide or remove the Back to Top button under the Riode Theme. So, you can apply the following CSS in this regard to hide the Back to Top for the Mobile view:

Location to paste Custom CSS, please go to Dashboard > Riode > Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > there in the CSS code section, you need to paste the CSS told above.

Thanks for showing interest in our Theme 
As in the Theme Options, unfortunately the option related to Custom Fonts is only of Google Fonts. But you can try using a third party Plugin for the Custom Fonts with the Riode Theme. One of the Plugin which seems to be compatible with the Riode is the following one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-fonts/#description (named “Custom Fonts”).
You can try using it. Hopefully, you won’t find any issues in it.

Sorry for the inconvenience but other than the Contact Us page. Elements and Feature Menu Items, all the other mentioned Pages (i.e. About Us, FAQs etc) are imported as with your Site domain not the d-themes.

The filter menu should close automatically as the links don’t seem to work.

Sorry for the inconvenience but right now, the Sidebar Filter in the Riode WordPress Theme doesn’t automatically closes. One needs to click on the Close button available there in the Sidebar to hide the Off-Canvas Sidebar. This is the default functionality as of now but thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the Theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a Theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur Theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own Customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

I’m switching builders from VC to keep up with the updates, everything works fine, building the pages from scratch. I’m facing issues with the header, It’s broken on both Elementor and WPB. I’m importing from Template Builder. (Note that header looks good in the editor, but broken on the site)

Firstly, you can’t use two Page Builders at the same time on your Site. It can cause conflict on the Site. So, if the Demo that you have imported on your Site is with the Elementor page builder, then you should use Elementor and if the Demo imported was with the WPBakery page builder then you should use WPBakery page builder. Don’t use both.
After deactivating the unnecessary one from the above mentioned both then check back your Header again.

As the Logo is added under the Header of the Site, so you need to go Dashboard > Riode > Templates Builder > Header Builder > there edit your Header with the Page Builder active on your Site > there edit the Logo widget > in that you’ll get the option to select the Image Size for the Logo, also you can define the Width and Max Width for the Logo there too. Sorry for the inconvenience but it seems that you haven’t updated the Roles under the WPBakery page builder settings that’s why you aren’t able to edit the Templates with WPBakery page builder.
Please once go to your Dashboard > WPBakery > Role Manager > there under the Administrator tab > select the Post Types as Custom > and then check all the 4 options there (i.e. post, page, product and riode_template) > and save the changes there.
