still having the same issue. And even though I have already provided all the information needed to access my website and still asking for them again and again (which to me is just wasting my time and you’re trying to buy more time in a “smart” way to deal with other stuff/projects maybe). The suggested solution didn’t do anything. And when I tried to re-import the demo, it’s STUCK forever and not moving, this has never happened before, it’s just a demo import, like seriously??!!!, Anyways you guys either figure a way so solve this issue ASAP or just refund, on a bases that this theme is full of issues and shouldn’t be advertised and offered on the platform without mentioning the issues that buyers/clients will face and how to solve them without wasting our time.
And one more thing, your documentation is the worst, not detailed at all and really really bad.
Waiting to see the end of this going back and forth thing that I can see you’re doing with almost everyone who asked for help with this theme

Hello, the theme is great and love it. Few things i need to clarify and hope there is an option for these. 1. The category is limited to one selection when a vendor list their products? 2. The stock management can only be edited after the product was posted and edit it? it should be included on the product listing during the tie the vendor is listing their products. 3.The auction is also can be done once the product is listed, it should be in the product listing and not to edit after it was listed. The reason behind this is to limit double job on the vendor side if they list products in hundreds or even thousands. This I think will help your theme more functionable and i know for sure will add sales. Thanks

Hey, after 4 months of developing my site using your theme, I can say that these were NOT the best days of my life. Support is great, no problems here and it earned those 5-stars in review I gave before for it. But I wouldn’t ask for any help if everything worked from the start without any issues with CSS and PHP. I have one ticket 2 meters long! I noticed that many of the solutions we found during theme troubleshooting were later added to theme updates. I’m happy to help, of course, but I wasn’t hired for beta testing, guys…
And what do I end up with? Yesterday I decided to check this site on GT Metrix and was horrified to find that it gives the lowest rating I have ever seen personally in my life. I’m ashamed that I couldn’t make a fast website. All my sites are rated A and are very fast. So this site scored F (28%) with a full load time of 34 seconds and a very large page size of 3MB where all images are 1.85MB. But I have an art auction, I just must use a photo of the paintings on the homepage! of course i can add vector images but it is not serious. And this despite the fact that I optimized ALL images, I use the cache plugin.
Yes, this is without using a CDN! Do you know why I didn’t use a CDN? Naturally, if you use viewing the site through a CDN, then the score is slightly better, there we have “E” and 32 sec. (!!!!) but my authors who add their products cannot use their control panel. When using a CDN, the site gets out of control. I had to enable developer mode on the CDN every time an author wants to add or edit their products in the seller panel. That’s why I had to remove the CDN.
Yes, I’m using the Light Speed Cache plugin, but you’ve seen the result! It does not help. And it was I who used the nearest checkpoint in London. I’m afraid to imagine what will happen if you use Vancouver!

32 seconds is a lot, of course. We are almost sure that there are other factors that are affecting this score. Some of them can be:
- Huge & lots of images; - More plugins than required for your project - multiple fonts - incorrect setup of the Litespeed cache & more.

Hi, 1. Yes, I was smart enough to buy a year’s support. 2. I don’t understand why you can’t test my site on GTMetrix? There you will see all the obstacles. And it’s NOT my fault that it’s slow. The reason is in your theme.
All other websites I have built from scratch using DIVI and Elementor are showing great results on the same hosting.
3. You can find out about the number and size of images if you run the GTMetrix test of my site. You will see that the total size on the main page is only 1.3 MB. As I wrote earlier, I cannot use vector images because I have an art auction with paintings. You will also see that YOUR script is trying to load fonts. I did NOT use any additional fonts – I chose the Raleway font from the list provided by your theme and it comes from the Google repository.
4. The ticket was opened on January 22, 2022, and Madalin visits my site every day, but so far without success. You have full access to my site and you can customize the cache plugin however you want.
First of all, I think we cannot compare online stores (and especially multi-vendor auction stores) with presentational websites. Let’s discuss this in a ticket, maybe we can share some more details and make your experience with the theme perfectly!

Hey, How to make all sold paintings collected on one page with an badge that they are sold? In the meantime, we can see them on the Finished/Past Auctions page, but that page also contains all the images that are waiting to be re-listed. I just want to show buyers which paintings have been sold.

The only badges available from what I checked is the “Winning bid” badge and is only showed to the person who did a bid on an auction. For a sold product is only showed the text “Auction finished” this is how the plugin works.

To change the logo globally go to Theme Panel > Header Settings. To change the logo only on a page > edit the page > Custom Theme Options and upload/remove the image logo.
