Hi Team, After updating Porto to latest version today seeing the below issue. Screenshot – https://ibb.co/H2m7stJ The product slider ADD TO CART button gets hidden on hover. This was working fine earlier. Please take a look and do the needful.

Simply go to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS and then paste the below code at the bottom of the black box.

Then save the settings and check back your site after clearing the browser cache.

Cannot edit the menu links, all items link to http://sw-themes.com/porto_dummy/. I just sent this to prospective employers and it doesn’t navigate. I changed the menu links in both the customizer and the Appearance > Menu options and cleared cache and nothing happened. Still see the dummy links. I also removed the blog menu item and it still shows.

Hello Porto Theme Team,

two important questions: - I am using your Demo 33, however the Demo Version does not look the same as my Version, e.g. in the header sections, the font seems to be different although I did not change anything regarding it. Same with the search bar. Is there a way to resolve that problem? - When I try to add sections to the main page using WP Bakery Page Builder, nothing happens. When I look at the HTML Code, I see that the sections that I added are blocked. Do you know how to disable that?

1. It looks like you have edited/modified the header, so you have to removed the Demo content and Imported it again, otherwise, please contact us via our support system with a fresh new WP so that we will Import the Demo for you on your site.

hi thanks, the main issue is using booking plugin on woocommerce, . everything is ok in say and older version, but I never made it live, so I updated to latest to finally use the theme and it gets this error below. when i switch to another themes its ok

Sorry to say that but that is not our theme issue, as the booking plugin you are using is the third party plugin, so that might be the conflict between your booking plugin and the latest theme version, so this requires Customization.

After a few years of using this theme i can say that its not suitable for a online shop.becose is very slow.

I’v done some test in one of my shops,on gtmetrix and i have this results:

Server stats.
50 GB server space
16 GHz CPU
8 GB memory

Suitable for around 50k daily visits.


Porto is slow only with woocommerce module, if we activate porto functionaly the speed drops with 30-40%. On my main website i have around 60 active modules and is a nightmare for this theme. The only way i manage to make it not load 20 sec a page, was to use Plugin Organizer module and Cache plugin with wich i manage to keep a 6-7 sec loading time.

So the default woocommerce theme is gtmetrix B grade with 60 module active. The porto theme only with woocommerce and porto functionality, is gtmetrix D grade on same environment.
After i purcased over 7 licences of this theme and using it in different situations and servers, i can say that what they serve in DEMOS is a lie.
Its imposible to reach high performance with DEMO versions wich they provide. Maybe you can improve the speed with major custom work on the code but the purpose of a premium template is to served good in the first place.
To be onest im totaly disappointed 73k sales and they cant still focus on the speed and user experience. Also, themeforest not checking a theme before approving it. Sad.

Really sorry for the inconviniance but according to you, We and Envato and all the Other Customers who have large stores and have a best site speed are all telling lie and useless and you are the only one who is right and telling the truth, this is what you are trying to say?

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. Hello, there was a problem after the last update. The Heading Color in the Footer of the site has changed to black. And it cannot be changed through the menu Theme Options >> Skin >> Footer >> Footer Main Section which contains Widgets Area

Anybody have a plugin name or an alternative to be able to select a specific Menu for Mobile. It’s unbelievable that in 2022 a template don’t give this MustHave functionality.

No need for any plugin, By default Mobile Menu only took the Main Menu to show on Mobile and this is the default functionality of the Theme.

You can achieve what you want using only a single trick and that is as follow:

1. You have to use the Header Builder Functionality and create 2 Menu’s from Appearance >> Menu, set one as “Main Menu” and the Other as “Secondary Menu”, now you have to use the Secondary Menu to show on Desktop using Header Builder and set Mobile Menu as Main Menu, like this you will have 2 different Menu’s on Desktop and Mobile easily.

That is because you are using Pre Built Header Type 10 on your site: https://postimg.cc/VdsMC56s and in our demo we have created and used the header using Porto Header Builder under Template Builder: https://postimg.cc/SjgRHdSq so you have to make sure that you have set the Header Type as Header Builder in Template Builder under Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type.

Hi, the latest update seems to have broken certain parts of the site.

I have cleared cache, from both the site and server side to no avail. The areas that are not displaying correctly that I can see so far are;

Unfortunately not, my site is very locked down. Whenever I try to let you guys in before, it’s a nightmare.

WP Admin is locked, it’s IP restricted and doesn’t allow your IP as you have previously not been able to give me a static IP that I can whitelist.

I’ve since done my own research and have found all the code that was removed.

after setting up the theme, I looked at the website and looked kind of broken. I have not downloaded all the plugins listed at the setup of the porto theme, this would overload my website with plugins and slow it down. Do you know what to do about this?
